I want to know if there are any custom classes or functions to hide or remove Slider Revolution only on smarthphones, im having serious loading speed issues.
NOTE: I have tried the Disable On Mobile option without sucess.

However, hiding an element would not increase the speed as the element is still loaded in the page. I’d recommend using our theme’s mobile home page feature and use that page without a slider. Ref: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/theme-options/mobile/

For a future update keep in mind an option to remove completely on mobile Slider Revolution using your Theme Panel.
Unfortunately I’m planning to deprecate my website project due the lack of solutions, this is so sad for me, your template is amazingly so well made and beautiful, but horribly destroyed by the slow perfomance of Slider Revolution on mobile

When enabled Electro > Shop > Catalog Mode the catalog mode will remove all shopping cart features.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Please note that the site’s speed is dependent on various factors. A theme plays a very small role. It only styles the output generated by WooCommerce. It does not make any DB calls. All data and content are fetched by WooCommerce itself.
Having said that Google PageSpeed or GTMetrix is not a measure of speed but a measure of factors that could affect speed. A website can have a low rating and be very fast. Here are my general suggestions :
1. Use PHP 7+ instead of PHP 5.6. This will increase the speed by at least 20%.
2. Check your home page content and make sure you do not have too many products or content loaded.
3. Use caching plugins like W3T Cache or WP Rocket. We use WP Rocket.
4. Use a CDN like CloudFlare to cache your static resources.
5. GTMetrix calculates AJAX operations ( operations that occur behind the scenese after site load ) time as well. Please use https://tools.pingdom.comfor better loading time calculation.

Our theme does not require any purchase of plugins to achieve our demo. Our theme includes the premium plugins that are used namely: Slider Revolution and WP Bakery Page Builder.
Slider Revolution is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.
We provide support for Slider Revolution and whenever an update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Slider Revolution.
Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Plugins > Slider Revolution and de-activate and delete the existing version. Once you have deleted all the Slider Revolution files, you will be prompted again to install Slider Revolution. This time you can install the latest version from the theme.
The same applies for WP Bakery Page Builder too.

On the products Carousel I added the Header Timer, I saw one of your answers saying that in order for the timer to get a especific date I have to put 12/31/2023 instead of +560 hours that is the amount of time before the offer expires, but when I do that it keeps showing a 8 hours time, how can I fix it?

You can also use plugins like WooZone to automatically import products from amazon into WordPress as affiliate products.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Plugins > Slider Revolution and de-activate and delete the existing version. Electro > Header > Header Styles applies to all pages of your website except home pages and pages that use home page templates. I did not build the website. Was build by another developer and I am doing now the support to my customer. The problem is not the extension of the support. The problem is that I think is illogical to pay for a problem that a lot of people have (please check other comments) and is related with a problem of the theme.

I have a question, Which one of these Supported Vendor Management Plugins do you recommend best and works well with your theme. a. Dokan and Dokan Pro b. WC Vendors c. Multi Vendor Marketplace Plugin by Webkul d. WCFM Marketplace – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace
And second question is how many products wordpress can handle. I have noticed that wordpress slows down after a few thousand products.

There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.
The theme is compatible with Dokan, WCFM, WC Vendors and MultiVendor Marketplace by Webkul. We provide basic compatibility support for these vendor plugins. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.
