I have problem, Sahifa template not working on my website, I try to edit or update any theme options but nothng shows me and when i try to edit header setting there is message – “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.” any solution here?

It’s almost 1 (one) year from the last update – Apr. 2023.
Right now we have WP 6.4.3 – Theme supported version = 6.1.x. Is it ok ?
Any chance to get the fresh update?
As a client, I expected that the author would not give up updating the theme for which I paid my money.
Any updates? Could you comment?
This theme doesn’t support with Wordpress 6.4.3 – Theme backend goes with error = “Uncaught TypeError: in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array”, Please take into account before purchase

if there is no addition new features in the near future then this theme is dead or what? and if you want to us to move to jannah theme then what if you stop update or add new feature to the last then we will end up with the same ending.
please clarify those points because i like your work but in the same time i would like to be the latest and modern style and secure from new method of hacking.

I understand about the licensing.
What elements of this theme other than registration will be tied to a remote server?
Currently having to deal with a build that draws from a remote server where portions of the theme are being hosted by someone else in the cloud (cloud templates).
Do all of the designed elements i.e. header/footer, for instance, come with this build, or are portions of it held back to be served in an obscure cloud somewhere?

Hi, I have a client with a website with this template. It has been hacked and the security company tells them that hackers have entered through the theme.
I read that you have no plans to update it.

This is not related to the theme, the theme has already been reviewed and scanned by Envato.
We keep updating the theme to fix bugs but no plans to add new features in the near future.

Hi, I bought the theme 5 years ago and I am very pleased with it so far. I have to change something I did in the past and can’t find how I did (neither in the doc). When reading an excerpt of an article and clicking on the “Read more” button, a message telling that you should be a subscriber to read is shown (when not logges in). I have a customized message including shortcodes but can’t find a way to modify it. Any clue of how to do or where to find it ? Thanks in adavnce

There is no option like that in Sahifa, so seems it has been added via a plugin or a custom code, so we can’t tell from where you can modify it.

Does it support elementor?

The theme is already compatible with the WPBakery and Elementor plugins so you can use any of them to build any landing pages or posts as you want. but the core theme blocks are available in the TieLabs Page Builder only so you will not be able to use them in 3rd party builders. and you can not use both builders on the same page.

I have a license for the Sahifa theme and I wanted to know if there is a way for me to exchange it for a Janna license, I have a website with the Janna theme installed and configured and I have this Sahifa license in use and I wanted to know if there is a way for you to exchange it for me since cost the same amount

It’s a bit sad such a good theme now comes with bogus terms to use as in what client info Tielabs get access too if one would to accept the terms to activate ones theme. Basically a life time license for nothing..

If you’ve been using the theme for many years, you’re now looking for a way to change the header graphic by page/category. Many external plugins tried but apparently all of them were unusable by the theme. Is there another solution?
