When trying this, were there any errors?
After spending several hours trying to manually import the demos, I contacted my hosting provider, and they switched my server. I managed to do the import with one click, but I don’t have access to the interface to choose a demo, and not all the demos are displayed as they would be with a normal theme. The theme is listed in the Elementor appearance menu, it’s active but not displayed at the top of the Elementor dashboard like the other themes.
I’m sorry for constantly coming back to you and for my impatience yesterday, but not being able to properly install a theme that I’ve purchased is frustrating.
I downloaded the Shock theme. The theme didn’t work on my Elementor and WordPress interface so I removed all the plugins. And I started from scratch on my cPanel from NameCheap. I reinstalled WordPress, Elementor too and I wanted to upload my theme in the new interface of the same domain name and when I enter the key I am told to check if the key is not used on another site. How do I do it?

My server is stand alone and on my local network and is not shared publicly. The problem we are encountering is when we try to use the customize feature we receive this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 15728640 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/intranet/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/files/css/base.php on line 921
Now if I read that correctly that’s telling me that the theme only has access to 15M and while executing is running out of memory. I have set both my PHP and WP allowed memory to 1024M. So I’m not sure why your script is running out of memory. Does the script have a Max memory setting? Do you have any ideas on what could be causing the failure.

Hi, after activated the theme made a fresh vps server reinstall, tried to activate the theme with the same domain again, but now I get
Purchase code is already in use. Make sure you have not activated on another website.
EDIT: Solved with activating the main theme first, only after that the child theme

2. When editing your page with Elementor, which has a form. Click on the form and choose your style preferences. Note that it may be necessary to save the page to preview the customization results.

Hello – none of your predefined headers will work for our needs. I’d like to create something more custom but it doesn’t appear that we have that option with your theme – we are limited to just these predefined options. Can you confirm if I am mistaken and we can create our own fully custom header?

The docs do not go over this. All I see are configurations for the existing styles predefined. Also, some links in the docs go to a 404.

I see this but this just provides a few preconfigured headers and some styling options for each. I’m looking to build out my own header because these set style options don’t meet our needs. For example, a logo on the left with a search bar on the right and the menu centered underneath. Are there options to add each component separately? Like logo, menu, search, etc. It doesn’t appear so.

However, this is not mandatory, as long as your website and resources are working well.

I can’t add elementor’s dynamic tags to any widget provided by shock theme. There is no dynamic tag option for the card box widget by shock.

Edit your page and in the card link, enter the attribute like this: https://i.imgur.com/axgWmwy.png
Note that the ID does not have ”#” and the Action URL has ”#”, for example #modal-1

Global Sections work like a custom WordPress post, so you can edit them with Elementor, as if it were a template.
The display of this on the page can be conditional, you can choose exactly where the sections will be displayed.

The highlights section on the home page https://shock.codings.dev/ was built in HTML and unfortunately is not available as a widget in Elementor. The closest thing to this is the “Intro Text” Shock Widget or the “List Icons” one.
If this is essential for your website, let us know and we will try to find a viable alternative.
