This is the default behaviour of how the parallax on Avada Slider works, if you are looking for a different parallax option, we suggest you to try the revolution slider, another option is to simply add the slider via Avada Slider element and not from the slider options in the page.

Hello,
I have had a small problem since the last update of Avada. Since the update I have not been able to create or edit products in WooCommerce. Since I don’t create or change new products every day, I only noticed this error now. I think that somehow JavaScript is not being loaded correctly by Avada. In the console you get an error like —Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).awbColorPicker is not a function -- and the following —jQuery.Deferred exception: jQuery(...).awbColorPicker is not a function -- which always refers to files like /Avada/assets/admin/js/avada-fusion-options.js:132. So I can’t even choose in the product whether it’s a draft or publish it. Other dropdown functions in the backend also do not work for the products. At the bottom of the page it is always displayed that there is a critical error on the website. I could now only notice the error on all sites with Avada and WooCommerce. All others are running without problems so far.

Where can I download the penultimate Avada version v7.11.2 or v7.11.1? I would like to see if the error has been fixed. Unfortunately, I don’t have these exact versions saved locally. Since this error occurs at a club and they cannot currently afford a support license renewal, I’ll try it this way. Otherwise I’ll have to look for a new theme. It’s not the first time.

Dear Ammar, thanks for your quick reply. The related posts are showing the recent posts, there must be a problem and I am not sure how did you test that and replied immediately. I disabled all plugins and kept avada as I also made sure to activate it via the theme settings. My support license just expired 10 days ago, I am not able to create a ticket.

Regarding the issue you mentioned, we do not have any reported problems regarding the related posts functionality within our support. If you are experiencing an issue, your setup will need to be investigated thoroughly.

Guys, I have a very basic question. I guess my vendor(can’t reach them and I don’t know which account they brought the theme to. I guess it’s around 2020. I’m not so sure I can see the registration is successful and valid. My version is 6.2.3. but now I can’t able to update the theme. its not show any update option in themes. I just want to know whether I need to buy the theme again? or renew my license periodically like 3 to 5 years or it’s a lifetime (one-time purchase). Please confirm. Also, suggest how to resolve it.

It appears that you are on an older version of Avada that uses token for registration purpose, however in any case you should still be seeing the update nag, kindly make sure that you have a default WordPress theme installed (not active) along with your current Avada theme to see the update notification there and you should be seeing the notification for update.
Regarding your license query, a new license is not required for update, one license is valid for lifetime for a single domain and will get all the updates we release as far as we are developing Avada.
In any case, if you can find out the purchase code, you can always open a support account with us and get in touch with our support team further, this will also allow you to download and install the updates manually from your Envato account directly.

My entire website changed colors and some of the elements are off. All I did was add a page, and a post then I got some weird AVADA error. Whats going on and I couldn’t renew support although this is some kind of Avada error and has nothing to do with me.

This is not a normal thing to happen and Avada does not change colors on its own, neither elements are supposed to go off without them being disabled manually, since you have gotten an error this could mean that it needs to be checked what caused this issue and our team will need to take a closer look at it to provide further assistance.

I’m afraid the stock Lightbox option doesn’t have such a zoom option but if you’re displaying products/services on your Avada site, then you can use WooCommerce. It has a zoom option you can enable for the single product page’s Gallery.

Good day, I’m in the process of choosing a theme for a restaurant website and considering Avada for it.
I do have a question regarding elements. I was unable to see which one would work to achieve the home page top section I am looking to create.
I would like 3 even columns (boxes) full width or possibly a larger left 1/2 width box with 2 right boxes one over the other. I would like to have 2 of those 3 boxes with background image (that should be simple enough but I would like 1 box to have a looping video in the background. There will be title and a bit of text along with buttons in each box linking to the content I am offering (Reserve – Events – Menus) See here for an image of the desired look… in this case, the middle one would be a vid https://www.griffingraffix.com/media-boxes-with-text.jpg The doubt for me is how to achieve the looping video background and which element will work best work for this. Obviously, they would have to stack on mobile.

Hi again… I am running some tests with a copy of avada I have before having my client purchase to see if I can actually achieve the above as per your response. I am having a few issues I have no idea where they come from. Resolving this would be a huge plus in me choosing avada for this site. Hope you can help as a pre-purchase test.
1. I created my images in 2x size (on a 1980×1080 screen columns would be 834×1100 so I uploaded them in 1668×2200) but they are so blurry on front end it’s quite awful. They look fine in wp media. I tried in different browsers.. same thing on all of them.
