I bought the theme from envato elements. A scrollbar appears at the bottom of the single portfolio page due to the static template. The scrollbar doesn’t appear at the bottom of single pages like about and contact where the static template is active. How can I fix this?

Hi I download the theme from envato elements. I can not submit ticket, envato elements license code is not accepted in Purchase Code area in the ticket form.

I paid money to envato and downloaded your theme from envato. It is not envato product it is your product. Where will I take support?

Hello, I installed this template from Envato Elements and activated it using a token they provided. I am facing the issue that the slideshow is stopping after two sliders, even though I activated Infinite Loop. I tested the slideshow on all homepage versions. However, the slider does not display the third slide after the second one. The second slide continues its transition indefinitely and neither moves to the third slider nor returns to the first slide. Please help me with this issue, and I request that you please don’t ignore it because I installed this theme from Envato Elements. Thank you! Sree
Hi, your theme is beautiful. However, over the past 3 months the site has suddenly stopped showing parts (images, text) in random parts. Parts of the site have literally disappeared. I initially thought the site was being hacked, but learned that Elementor is not being upgraded properly. When I try to upgrade Elementor I get this error- Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized Can you please advise how to fix this?

Hi, thanks for your fast reply! I tried to submit a ticket, however I encountered this notice. “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.” Under normal circumstances, I’d say that I should be responsible for extending support. However, this is a serious deficit within the theme itself. Not being able to update a core plugin like elementor is not acceptable. According to another developer, it’s likely the cause of MAJOR site issues that have spanned throughout the past 3+ months. Please provide a means of support with no additional cost. Thanks.
No response? So, what I’ve learned is basically if someone buys a wordpress theme, they have to pay for support for the life of their website since it will break with Elementor updates and have core issues periodically. I think I’ll be going back to making HTML sites, this isn’t worth the time or hassle.

If you update your theme and elementor to the latest version and case addons plugin to version 1.1.5, I am sure your site will work. If your site still has errors, I need to check your site. So you need to create a ticket so you can send your site login information and supporter will help you fix the issues.

Elementor is broken and I don’t see the option to update Case Addons via Wordpress. Can we get the fix somehwere else? I also see the latest update of this theme is 01/09/2024 but I never received any update? Theme + Case Addons is v1.0.3

There is no “Update now”...

I don’t need to renew support license for the elementor updates and theme integration problems. Because; elementor updates issues doesn’t customization services. This is a general problem with the theme and elementor. I need to get theme update for solve.

What version is the Case Addons plugin you are using? Additionally, you need to deactivate all 3rd party plugins you have installed to check for conflicts.

There was not any problem untill last elementor update.
Latest version Case Addons 1.0.7
I updated now. But the issue continue.
When i re-install the previous elementor version it is working fine. But with latest version it is now working.
Please do not impose problems with the Case Addons plugin until we have tested it and come to a conclusion. What plugins are you using? Please deactivate 3rd party plugins when you install.
Here are the plugins included by theme:
Case Addons, Contact Form 7, Elementor, MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress, Redux Framework, WooCommerce.
