I have visited your site and see the overlay screen of the popup. It looks like you didn’t remove the popup block condition and simply removed it this is why due to the condition the overlay of the popup still appears on the site.

I have disabled lazy loading, but it seams owl carousel has this option activated as default, causing images to be half loaded. Can we prevent this to happen? i don’t want lazy loading in carousel. Thank you

You have to change it into the translation files.
Please use the Loco Translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto >> Edit the translation that you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

2. Unfortunately our theme does not have such functionality, store functionality has been provided by WooCommerce, and WooCommerce also by default does not have such functionality, so you have to look for any third-party plugin that better suits your requirements.

OR to change the entry title tag, please follow the steps listed below:
It’s very easy and simple.
1. Please use a child theme. You can install the child theme from Dashboard >> Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Child theme.
2. Please copy the themes/porto/page.php file to themes/porto-child/page.php
3. Please change the tag 'h2' to 'h1' on line 53.
Then save the file and finish.
Finally, check back to your site by clearing the browser cache.

For the Single Post page, we kindly suggest you to create the Custom Layout:
Please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Single and create the new layout for your single post pages from there, you can then use the “Heading” element and set the tag as per your requirements, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/H8p0H8xW and then you have to set the condition to apply that custom layout to single post pages and it should work for you.

Ok, I see, so for the single post page. you should have to copy the file themes/porto/content-post-full.php file to themes/porto-child/content-post-full.php
And then please change the tag ‘h2’ to ‘h1’ on line 47.

Yes, it is possible and it has few methods.
1. Simply navigate to Porto >> Theme License and unregister the theme from there and then register on your test site with the same license and vice versa.

It’s because your server environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works. If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site is not able to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable the curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and does not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

The Porto VC Addon is an addon plugin of the “Visual Composer’ plugin. You just installed it and used other page builder plugins like WP Bakery or Elementor. This is why the warning appears on the site to activate the Visual Composer. We depreciated the Visual Composer plugin from the theme. To solve your issue you can simply disable and then delete the Porto VC Addon plugin from the site. I hope you understand.
