how do i remove the preloader cursor? it takes forever to load

hey i just bought your template and uploaded your theme and it crashed my site on godaddy wordpress hosting. i had to restore the phpadmin info back to default theme and godaddy is requesting i contact you and get updates. if i upload that theme again it’ll most likely whip out the same error. please advise.

Very bad support. I`ve had soooo many issues. I can`t even change the colors on the template. a few things i can work around but still it seems they made the theme so locked behind missing front end settings that is super upset. You ask them a refund and they tell you to send them a ticket which will never get an answer. At least for me 37$ is nothing but for you it is probably a lot of money. It`s frustrating to see a potential to be wasted like that. This theme could`ve been fixed, updated, taken care of. But no. long wait times for stupid support answers and solutions are never provided. I`m so frustrated that you guys can hide behind the fact that you have a separated support system and that themeforest doesn`t care at all about their customers. I asked him a refund and he didnt even care to look at my message. I didn`t know the author was this guy otherwise i wouldnt`ve purchased. 2 years ago i had another problem with their template and still 2 years my ticket isnt answered lol.

I’m sorry bu we have a week and many issues have not been fixed, they should work properly through the Elementor settings bout doesn’t work, we provide screenshots with the issues need to be fixed and tech support is lost and don’t do the job properly and they don’t check the screenshot provided. We still have a website which is not working and many of the issues need to be fixed through the original CSS code and not through the settings because those settings are not working properly. Why is not working the url link from the services titles module? I added the correct link on the url field and the titles goes to https://domain.com/service-details.html I see other customers have the same issue. We have almost one week and may of my questions are no resolved. TICKET #3444128

The link defined in Choose Style 3 in Service does not work in the theme.

Links work in Choose Style 1 and Choose Style 2, but not in Choose Style 3.

It redirects to a link called service-details.html.

How can I fix.

Have had various issues with the theme. You can’t turn off the preloader in the theme settings – had to rem out a file. The preloader causes the theme to fail any Google Lighthouse tests so it’s important to turn off the preloader. The dropdown menu is erratic and doesn’t work like the demo. It disappears when you try to move the mouse down to it. This is terrible for accessibility. The subpages banner doesn’t save properly. As someone else mentioned, there is no logo in the mobile view. And for each ticket I opened on these issues, I get only negative responses, no, no, no, no.

I need to change the footer background and color, I checked Footer Settings/Elementor/H4 Footer and then, Templates/Saved Templates/H4 Footer, I opened Elementor and there is no way to change the footer color and background. I checked Footer Settings/Default and those options are not available. I checked the Inspector on my browser, and there is a post-1296.css file, then I checked on the files and never found. Please advise, I have a ticket open with no solution yet.
