Hello Team
After my last update I’m getting this error in my admin panel “Failed to load plugin url: https://website-name.com/wp-content/themes/medicare/editor-buttons/editor-buttons-plugin.js". I have also updated all the plugins and wordpress but still this issue is coming.
My website header is also broken after update. Can someone help with this issue?

Hi,
This is strange as Medicare theme does not have editor-buttons folder in it. It does not enqueue editor-buttons-plugin.js either.
The error is caused by some third party code which does not belong to the theme.
The plugin or whatever your WordPress is trying to load is mapped to a wrong wp folder..
As a first step, try deactivating the plugins one by one to see if one of them is causing this.

Check attached screenashot. This is your latest theme which I recently downloaded. There is a folder named as “editor-buttons”. You should have checked your theme’s files before replying to this comment.
Now if there is anyone who can help me about this please reply. There are few other CSS and JS files too which are coming from cdn and those files are not loading. Due to that my website header is not coming properly.

If I select dentist layout , can I add video gallery (Youtube videos)? also will I get before and after(Available in clinic layout) in dentist layout? . Also in dentist layout any option for banner with image scroll..I can only see text scroll

You would need to use third party plugin for Youtube gallery or add embed codes directly into the page.
Yes, you will get all elements from Clinic in the dentist layout as well.
Not sure what you mean by banner with image scroll. If the theme does not offer it out of the box, you can probably achieve it using third party plugin.

Can you tell us what problems do you encounter on the search page – the search results are handled by the WordPress core functionality and the theme does not alter them in any way.
Related to breadcrumbs, the link on المدونة seems to be hardcoded on your side in some way – link to 0.0.0.1 does not come from the theme.
We might be missing something here due to the language barrier, if so, please let us know.

for the breadcrumb we don’t touch it. it have a problem from the theme plus there is no padding between the breadcrumb banner and the post result . how we can remove it and fix the breadcrumb issue.

and resolved the issue of padding.
Related to the link on the Header title. Can you deactivate the child theme and activate the main theme and check if the issue persists?

Please note that all the pages within Medicare theme are static. There are no custom post types supporting the list of doctors or doctors search by location and specialty. You would have to use a third party plugin for that purpose.

If you intend to use the page element which comes with the theme, there is no other way to implement the map.
Please submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ and leave the url of the page with the map. Google Maps API clearly displays the cause for the map not to function in the JavaScript console. Our support team will be glad to take a closer look.

You can do that by altering the icon code / font family using custom CSS
Currently in default CSS the properties are:
.infoToggler:before { background-color: #0cb8b6; color: #fff; content: ’\e900’; border: 1px solid #0cb8b6; font: normal 20px/34px btmedical; }

Please check the version of the WordPress importer you are running. The latest packaged version which comes with the theme is 2.8.0
If you are running the older version, do the following:
1. Update the theme to the latest version – 2.0.2 – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/medicare-changelog.txt You can update the theme using one of the methods described here: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/ Once you update the theme, make sure to update the Medicare plugin and Bold Page Builder as well.
2. Deactivate and delete currently installed version of BT WordPress Importer
3. Once you delete the current version of BT WordPress Importer you will be prompted to install it again. Run the installation – the latest packaged version from the theme bundle will be installed.

Whenever I try to upgrade the Wordpress version, the site crashes. I have tried disabling all plugins and upgrading the WP version, but it still crashes. Before purchasing the support, I wanted to make sure this kind of issue would be included.

It seems that in the structure of the footer page, in the topmost section you have an image element which references the item in the media library which does not exist any more.
Please check the footer page for all image elements which do not exist in the media library and remove them or reassign the image source

The images in tiles are cropped to squared 540×540 thumbnail. so that the grid looks good and even. WordPress will take your original image, scale the shorter dimension to 540 and then crop the larger dimension to 540 as well.
In grids, the image is just scaled to 540 in width and resized by keeping the aspect ratio.
