Im interested in the Email Marketing theme, does this demo come with individual service pages that match the themes layout? If so are the layouts designed by you guys or are they Elementor page templates?
I also wanted to ask.. do you guys sell a theme that includes access to your entire portfolio for Wordpress / Elementor? Not just for Vault, but for every theme you’ve created and have in your portfolio tab.

Another question, what are the PHP requirements to run this theme? I don’t have a dedicated or VPS hosting, will that be an issue? I just requested a refund because HostGator doesn’t support WebP images, but I am considering switching to a smaller Siteground plan that does. Keep me posted, if the smaller Wordpress plan on Siteground could work, I don’t need a refund.

hello, i purchased this theme 3 days ago. unfortunately im missing 2 google fonts im wishing to use. i tried to open a ticket in UiCore but after i click on “ask a question”, under “Select the item you need help with” i dont have catagories to choose from. it says “no catagories available” in the drop-down box. Can you please help me with that?

This theme has given me so many problems, and the lack of support is ridiculous.
But here we go again.
For no reason, after making some edits to my website, I attempted to update it in Elementor, and I am getting a Server Error (500).

Thank you, I am aware yes, and I did think it would de-activate the other sites when you transfer, is there anyway you can remove these sites? If not they’ll be coming down soon as i’ll only be focusing on the one now, how can i add transfer to my current one now?
Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. Once you build a website, that license is considered used. The license is only valid for one domain, and its corresponding staging domain.
This kind of makes sense, but then doesn’t that defeat the ability to be able to transfer in the first place as the domain is then changing, but you’ve allowed this?
It does say ‘Please contact us in order to unlock your transfer option.’ after trying to transfer
The transfer option was set in place to move the license between the staging domain and the main one or in case the main domain name is changed. We would happily reset your transfer limit if that were the case, but on your account, there are four different websites built using the same license, which is against the Envato rules.
In good faith, the correct thing to do would be to purchase three additional licenses for the other domains.
Hopefully, this clarifies how the licensing and activation system works.
Unfortunately, i’m closing these sites down anyway as moving into a different project so I cannot afford to purchase these licenses. If i can’t transfer this to my live site which is currently showing a staging environment, I’ll have to not use Vault, but i hope you can see that in my circumstances I cannot afford to be spending on 3 licenses for sites i’m closing down

Hello, the custom cursor can be disabled in Theme Options – General. All issues you mentioned were fixed in the update last week.
Vault “Theme options” looks like CSS crashed when update 2.0.7, reinstall 2.0.5 will back to normal. same issue with other. what can i do ?

There is an issue after installing (last version of theme) the theme properly. Vault “Theme options” looks like CSS crashed.

Hello, I think the update was not completed successfully. Please go to the Updates tab and try to update again. If this doesn’t work, you can use the rollback feature to reinstall the latest version. Once you’ve completed these steps, the issue should be resolved.

When you create a single post template using your ThemeBuilder – which Vault typography settings apply?
I would assume it is the blog typography settings, but instead it seems to be the general typography settings defined under “Theme Style”.
Is this the expected behavior?
Hello, that is correct, once you use theme builder, the blog settings are disconnected from theme options, and it will use the general typography.

A feature request for I’m sure your already full roadmap – add a setting to Blog Typography (defaulted to off) to allow the typography to apply to single post templates. Those creating single post templates are likely the most interested in design flexibility, but then the nice flexibility of Vault supporting 2 typography settings is lost.

hello, I think there is a problem with the uicore-framework plugin in the download zip. I can’t install the theme at the moment. “The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder.”
