We have enabled “Login to see add to cart and prices”, this hides the price but does not hide the add to cart button. We have tested this on a new install and just the demo store and it still does not hide the add to cart button. Checked the new update and the same issue still exists.

We have installed a new copy with just the theme installed and the demo store and the issue still exists. The price is hidden behind text ” Login to see prices” but the Add to Cart button and Buy Now button still show. This is a new install with only the theme and required plugins installed. You may check this with your demo stores.

You can fix it by applying patch # 527756. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

Sorry again, but I need to report two things that may or may not be a bug. The first refers to the slide itself. After this update and feature addition, there is a delay in loading the slide. I checked everything, deactivated all plugins, but it didn’t help. The problem with this is that the LCP in Page Speed goes up a lot, because it seems to load last on the site. I don’t know exactly how we can fix this. But ok.
The other problem refers to the issue of stock visibility in the swatch area. To reproduce the problem, go to woocommerce settings/products/stock and disable the option – Visibility of out-of-stock products .

In this example, the green color is out of stock and the “x” should appear in red. If you select the color and click buy, the out of stock message will appear. This only occurs because I disabled the option to hide out-of-stock products in the woocomerce settings. Just enable this option and it works, but I end up having problems with 404 errors, so I need to leave the option disabled.

Regarding the delay in loading the slide that we talked about earlier, the production site is using version 7.3.4 and the testing site is on 7.4.1. There is a clear difference in the main banner on the page, especially in the mobile versions, as it is the only image that appears on the screen besides the logo. Since the slide only appears in the current version using the function you added to functions.php.
Could you please test both versions on staging website and record a video?

Urgent!! Hello… I know my support was end but please take alook and fix this bug ASAP. Recently I updated to 7.4 version and the problem happen.
This problem happen for variable product only. When the variant option selected, then clear selection, the main product image goes blank, but clickable. I was try to clear cache but problem persist.

Hello it’s looks like there is a compatibility issue with linked variations and custom layout on the single product page. Only works with products variations and not with the linked ones.

The linked variations widget is already placed. There was an unknown error since the last update, so i deleted the products and import them again and the issue is gone. Thank your for the feedback .

Let’s say: - product X is using variants with attribute 1 - product Y is using variants with attribute 2
Can the theme be set in such way that both in shop page/product grid (not single product) will have have those swatches? Or i can pick only one attribute used for swatches on the product grid?

why are you inviting everybody to provide you with login access to their website to try and fix the checkout page showing in 1 column ? that’s a common issue coming form latest release. shouldn’t a patch be applied?
also product page on desktop is showing on a single column as it is on mobile.

Last update (7.4) is a mess, on some sites the mobile menu didn’t work anymore, on other sites the problem is the infinite scroll. I spent my day restoring previous version.
For clarity, the infinite scrolling didn’t work just on mobile devices while the mobile menu problem showed up both on mobile and desktop devices with the js error “Uncaught TypeError: /OS (\d+)(\d+)?(\d+)?/.exec(...) is null”

Hi, on https://chiaradalba.it/shop/ you can see the infinite scroll problem (only on mobile devices), while the sites with the menu problem were restored to previous version so no link to provide at the moment.
We checked this page with mobile device and the infinite scrolling option works as expected. Could you please record a video of the problem?

Hi, Since the last update 7.4.0, the slider on our home page stopped working, nothing appeared. I had to recreate the content of slide and it worked. However, if you only put one slide, nothing works again. In the web inspector, I get the following message: “Swiper Loop Warning: The number of slides is not enough for loop mode, it will be disabled and not function properly. You need to add more slides (or make duplicates) or lower the values of slidesPerView and slidesPerGroup parameters.” (swiper.min.js:1:4133)

information boxes, every time I edit one, it automatically adds empty space in the bottom. its not margin or padding. I tried to add negative margin and didn’t help. all plugins updated except wp bakery as every time I click on update, it updates but after refreshing the page it still needs update. Please help

Hello, we tested the latest theme update on a development site and we found 2 issues, which we see some other customers are also are experiencing:-
1) The checkout page shows as 1 column instead of 2 – we had this issue with the previous major update and you fixed it for us at the time, but it seems it is happening again with this new update.
2) There is one patch related to the latest update, and unfortunately it cannot be applied as it fails.
We hope you can simply update us here once these two issues are fixed, as customers with support have mentioned these too, so we can try again later by redeploying a new testing site and updating it again to test the fixes. Thank you.
