What is Let’s Ajaxify The Login plugin for?
By the way, the social network icons are not displayed, this happened in the past but I don’t remember what your solution was.
I get errors in error.log about zeen/inc/builder/app/helpers/class-zeen-builder-helpers.php, any help? It won’t stop
Hey Alex,
It’s a lightweight Codetipi-made plugin to have login forms that don’t need a page refresh to work (via ajax). The old plugin was changed and turned into freemium/bloatware, which is why this plugin was made.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
Since the last update I get this error in the error.log log.
PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home//wp-content/themes/zeen/inc/builder/app/helpers/class-zeen-builder-helpers.php on line 2638
PHP Warning: Undefined array key 6 in /home//wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 761
Do you know why?
Hey Alex,
Sounds like a shortcode issue. Are you using any blocks with shortcodes in the builder by any chance? If so, please open a support ticket with all the info and I’ll be happy to investigate deeper.
Chris
Updated to 4.50 and the stylesheet says it’s 4.5 but when going to admin.php?page=zeen, it’s still showing 4.40 and the old change log.
Using a child, but that shouldn’t make a difference. Didn’t come up with anything to update the core plugins either.
Hey Supahero,
Did you also update Zeen Engine in Appearance > Install plugins?
Sounds like it might be that!

Hi,
I am very interested in purchasing the theme, but I would like to see a functional demo version first. If it is possible? And if not, I would at least ask for screenshots showing how the theme works in practical use on the part of the user – a journalist of a local portal with information for the local community. I will be grateful for your understanding and allowing me to make a rational purchase decision. Thank you.
Regards, Andrzej
Hey Andrzej
Apologies for the very delayed response. The theme uses the WordPerss customizer for the theme options, so you can see live previews of all the changes as you make them, before publishing them.
The homepage is built using the Tipi Builder, which is also lets you build the homepage using a drag and drop interface. You’ll see a live preview too and it’s very easy to use.
Here is a video showing the builder in action, however, this video is from Zeen v1, and the builder has changed and got even better LOTS since then, but it’ll give you an idea of how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SloUDFGi-Y
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the most recent update. I’ve done the update and running PHP 8.2, but still can’t save changes with Tipi Builder. has been this way for quite some time and it’s very frustrating. Anyone else still having this issue and any suggestions from codetipi?
Hey there,
If you’re still having issues, please check the steps in the documentation about potential issues with the builder. It’s 99.9% due to a hosting security/setting blocking things.

received a missing style.css message on 4.5.0 install what’s the problem
Hey Leemarr,
I’m sure you’ve figured it out, but it sounds like you were trying to install the wrong zip file. You need to install the zip of the theme (There’s an option to download the theme only), if you try to install an incorrect zip file, that error appears.

Hello, when are you going to update your theme? It doesn’t support PHP 8.0 and higher..
Hey MildaStyle,
Thrilled to announce Zeen v4.5.0 was just submitted to Themeforest. It adds official support for PHP 8.2, and even PHP 8.3
Hope you enjoy it.

Morning, any updates soon? Plus (You may also like) feature on the shop no longer works, it keeps showing the same product unrelated to the main product like it is stuck.
Hey Taiger,
The next update is on in the oven
Codetipi
make it good one.. more styling and modern
Of course
If you have any specific suggestions, please send them my way.
Hi, with the Customizing > Posts > Advertisement/Custom Code > Middle of content…
It works great, unless there is a blockquote or table, then it injects the ad in the middle of the content and breaks the layout. Is there a way to prevent this?
Hey Codings,
I’m afraid not, but to confirm, is this in a classic editor post or a gutenberg post?

Hi Codetipi!
Glad to be returning to our site’s roots and back with Zeen! However, after using other themes (both free and paid ones), I notice that there’s a lot of pixelation to images, especially featured images.
Is there an easy way to fix this? Also, Happy Holidays!
Hey Armanddc,
Welcome back
Did you try running Thumbnail Regeneration plugins to update all your images? You need to run this once after you change to any new theme.
Codetipi
Hi Codetipi. Will you keep updating this theme?? For purchase it or looking for another. Thanks.
Hey there,
Zeen will definitely receive many more updates, v4.5.0 was just submitted
Codetipi
Hi Codetipi, two months ago you said that Zeen is getting another update soon and all WooCommerce templates will be updated for it. But I don’t see any movement. Please give us an update on this. Otherwise I have to report to Themeforest that this theme has serious problems and should not be sold.
Hey Gerard74,
Thrilled to announce Zeen v4.5.0 was just submitted to Themeforest. It includes updating the outdated WooCommerce templates
Hope you enjoy it.

Does this theme support Multi-Author? Is it worth buying if there is no support?
Hey Jeremy,
Apologies for the unjustifiably slow response, but I see you have purchased Zeen. I hope you’ve been enjoying using it. It will receive many more updates and support too

In mobile, I want to change the font size for the header.
How do I do this? I have tried every typography button and nothing made it bigger.
https://i.imgur.com/pW8UtjM.pngHello! I have the latest version of Zeen. When I klick on blog post on a mobile device, the theme doesnt display the whole post. I get one paragraph and then a “shot more” button. What setting do I change so it shows the whole blog post by default on mobile devices? Thank you!
Hey Andrew,
Apologies for the delayed response, but that’s due to an option you must have enabled in the theme options

Hello, I’m seriously thinking about buying this theme for an important and popular project, but I see that the theme has not been updated since July, is everything okay? Will we get sports in the future? I see a lot of people unhappy about the theme support.
Hey again,
I’ve just answered your other two messages, but wanted to apologise again for the delay!
Codetipi
Hi Is the developer okay? I starting to notice some css issues with new wordpress updates. And people at zeen are also worried
Hey there,
Yes, I’m okay thanks
Hopefully the latest Zeen update helped with the issues you noticed.

Hi, I also like to know if the theme will be updated & when. Otherwise I need to look for another one.
Hey there,
Very sorry for the ridiculous speed to answer this, but hope you are enjoying the latest update that was released earlier in the year

Hello, owned this theme for a long time and the recent woocommerce update breaks the entire platform and it broke my entire site, when are you looking to update this theme? As I see you’ve been saying for month’s that an update is on the way. But when? And the Same for the Tipi builder it’s just not allowing changes or modifications while in Tipi builder
For anyone looking to purchase this theme hold fire.

Hi! I have used this theme a long time now and im very happy with it. But, using W3 total cache, i cannot access the theme customizer. Is there any fix to this?
Hey there,
Very sorry for the ridiculous speed to answer this, but it sounds like your W3 total cache config may need tweaking – try disabling the minify for logged in users for example.

codetipi: I’m not sure if this is the best place to post this, but I hope it finds you well. As you know, I’ve been using your theme for years now, renewed support a few times, shared comments on here with bugs found, etc. I’m always searching for new themes. Always looking for anything to be better than Zeen. But as someone who has used and wasted money on dozens of premium WordPress themes, Zeen is still the best. You covered so much with this theme, making it more superior in function and appearance than most themes for WP, free or paid. I remember asking you in 15Zine or Valenti (I’m also a subscriber of both), if you would create a theme that was more compatible with WooCommerce, and you did! It’s one of the things that makes Zeen one of the all around best themes for a blog or shop and everything in between. It just works and it looks great. And when a user can’t get things to look the way they want, you made it easy to move things around with well-thought-out hooks and filters. You made a theme that is easy for someone new to WP, as well as expert WP builders who like to get into the code. There are very few themes like that. In fact, most of the themes on this platform are barely useable. WP is great, but the theme offerings are what makes it lag behind the competition. Have you seen Shopify sites lately? Many of them look incredible, with clean design that makes sense and is intuitive for today’s users switching between desktop and mobile. I could go on and on, but this isn’t a review, it’s a request. Before I get to that, one reason I’m always looking for new themes is that Zeen started out strong, but eventually reached a point of minimal updates and no new features to keep up with modern trends. So I continue looking for themes just in case something pops up. Maybe it’s the business of theme developing, to go all in on building a blockbuster theme and then hopefully be able to enjoy semi-passive income with maintenance here and there. It makes sense, since most of the big work is done up front, and instead of constantly making improvements to an existing theme, it’s more enticing to start building a new and better one from scratch. Which leads me to the request part of this long comment… and it’s not simply a feature request, but a sincere ask from a longtime user and fan of your work… please change the way Zeen creates thumbnails and displays images, or please build a new theme that handles thumbnails and images more efficiently. For the different templates to look the way they were intended, the theme requires way too many images to be generated. Please do this with CSS. It’s bad enough that WP and WC create too many images, but this theme creates over a dozen more. That is a lot of images, especially for image intensive sites. And it’s a bad user experience to try to uncheck different sizes in the Customizer, because it’s all a guessing game with no clear guide to which sizes are what, and then have to wait for a regenerator, ugh it’s so bad! It takes away from all the good things I mentioned earlier, and makes it a stressful theme to use. In some cases, thumbnails are pulling the incorrect size for different screens and showing a blurry image. There are just too many images for the system to choose from. Please just use CSS for image cropping or some other way to dynamically generate sizes on the fly. I recently started using a far less superior theme, just to not have an overload of images that don’t display optimally across devices and screen sizes. I asked about this before, but I am asking again just in case you are working on a new theme. Please consider. Thank you for the work you do and thanks for reading! To anyone thinking about buying this theme, it’s worth every penny and more. Zeen lets you turn WordPress into a site that would cost thousands if you were to hire someone to build something similar.
Hey Codings,
Many apologies for the slow response, but thank you for taking the time to write all this.
I really appreciate your support and kind words. And it makes me really happy that Codetipi themes have helped you with your projects!
The thumbnail issue is such a complicated issue though. The main reason is actually because of WordPress itself. It has an awful approach to media. If you look at Gutenberg right now, they don’t create multiple thumbnails but instead the full size image is outputted everywhere. So even in tiny thumbnails, you’re loading a massive file, which has a huge impact on overall performance.
Zeen will continue to be maintained and improved and I ever find a way to help with thumbnail management, I will implement it 100%.
Chris
