Dear TieLaps, I have reviewed your theme and it looks nice. But people complain a lot about support! How long does it take on average to respond to a ticket? I don’t want to regret my purchase, please don’t get me wrong, people’s time is valuable. I think Amp mobile will also need adjustments Does the theme support Elementor? Could there be incompatibility issues? Will the theme be offered at a discount soon?

Thanks for your interest in Jannah.
1. Around 48 hours.
2. The theme is already compatible with the WPBakery and Elementor plugins so you can use any of them to build any landing pages or posts as you want. but the core theme blocks are available in the TieLabs Page Builder only so you will not be able to use them in 3rd party builders. and you can not use both builders on the same page.
3. No plans for sale campaigns in the near future.

The web notificaion service you have built in, when you click on download setup files it navigates to https://www.foxpush.com/downloads/native-.zip and it returns error

The foxpush service itself is a lot below par. Why not change the default supported to onesignal by google.

Thank you for your reply. Why not just remove the feature, though? This would eliminate a redundant feature from the otherwise perfect script.
Regarding the weather widget, I’ve noticed that when you click it from any IP, it automatically changes to show the weather of that country, which is fine. However, is there a way to make it so that whenever you open the widget, it automatically displays the weather for your current location?
Google News and Flipboard buttons are also displayed on pages, please fix it. And the buttons do not differ in light and dark mode.
Can I use the theme in all my websites (4 or 5 different domain) after the purchase?

The theme is very beautiful and well cared for. Unfortunately I have to recognize the unserious behavior of the developers. I’ve had a ticket open for a while now and I haven’t received any response to my problem. I reported a bug among other things, I’ve been trying to work with them for a while but NOBODY responds. The 6 months of support you get when you purchase a theme will soon expire and I won’t solve the problem. Maybe they aim to make users pay a subscription for (NON-EXISTENT) support? I don’t know, but I’d rather get a refund and get something else.
I will also proceed to review. It is good for other users to know about the malicious behavior of the developers

I imported jannah creative demo, but why not 100% exactly same? all image not rounded, no animated image on thumbnail like demo, home in navigate not change by icon.

It is just a sample demo, you can enable the rounded corner style from the theme options page > Blocks > Block Style
and the Gif images from the theme options page > Images > GIF Featured Image
