Did you buy the theme?? For security reason hosting may blocked any ips for downloading file from demo host. From this account you didn’t buy the theme. If you will buy this theme from any other account try to share your IP and your purchase code so that I can check is it blocked or not??

Latest version we worked on twitter icon, events addon – so no way to issue on update. During theme update – you should install the rselmennts plugin v2.0.2.

From version 5.0.0 – we updated more things into the theme options. We have the banner show/hide options. That one was on. I just disabled it from theme options.

You can upload logo for the website with resolution 602×130 in pixels. In admin theme options i.e Reobiz Options -> General section Set your logo height 30px. Hoping you will get it. Thanks

Hi, I have bought the theme recently. after config and sample data upload, I am facing prob with 500 error on saving any post or other pages/menu. I have WP- 6.4.2 ver, Php 8.1.16 . While debugging , found the error – The `parent_url_slug` config parameter was removed in TGMPA 2.4.0. Pls suggest a solution
