If so, the only thing needed to be changed is the portfolio or grid item.

Go to the file and find your portfolio items in your code:

Since this is a HTML template, you would need to customize the menu manually, however if you are good with PHP you can create partial files a separate menus and other parts of the website and then simply include in one page dynamically.

We’ve hidden the top bar on mobile devices due to the limitation of the space.

However, you can control visibility of any element including topbar using Bootstrap breakpoints https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/layout/breakpoints/

In this case you would need to remove d-none d-xl-block d-lg-block classes

Example
