I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding the Travel Tour – Travel Booking WordPress theme, which I have been using with great satisfaction. Unfortunately, I have recently realized that my support period expired 8 days ago.
Despite having utilized the support in the past, I am currently facing a couple of challenges with the theme and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Here are the issues I’m encountering:
1- I need to close reservations 1 month before the tour date. Could you please advise me on how to do this? I attempted to use the “Last Minute Booking (Hour)” field, but it didn’t achieve the desired result.
2- I would like to mark certain tour dates as “sold out”. Is there a way to do this within the theme settings?
Understanding that my support period has ended, I am hoping for your guidance on these matters. Your help would be invaluable in ensuring the continued smooth operation of the theme for my purposes.

You could add the wetravel.com payment gateway, this payment gateway is quite good and with very low commissions, and it works worldwide. It would be very good to add this payment gateway since it is quite good for payments with commissions of 1% for traveling tourists.

You can edit the capabilities for the tour staff role with user role editor plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ .

is plugin or template? Works to elementor?
You may use a third party page builder plugin but note that most elements in the demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text.. (ie. when you import the demo content, it won’t use that third party builder.)
When you use a page builder plugin, it will call its own element, layout.

2. Yes, this theme support Woocommerce payment so you can use any WC payment gateway with it. However, please note that when using Woocommerce payment, you won’t be able to use the deposit feature.

3. Yes, the theme supports manual booking (book and pay later) so after the customer book, they can pay you in cash or bank transfer then admin can manually mark the transaction as paid.

Hmm, I thought you want to edit the infos in the Profile menu instead. To change the traveller infos, it’s required the admin to change it, sorry for the misunderstanding.
