CozyStay uses its own booking system, therefore, we haven’t tested any third-party booking plugins. Normally there will be no compatibility issues.
2. Is the theme compatible with the following plugins? iThemes Security, Digg Digg, WP Google Maps Plugin,
We haven’t tested these third-party plugins yet, normally there will be no compatibility issues.

Sorry, the theme doesn’t have the sync feature currently. But it is already in our to-do list.
2. Can I change the price according to the season? For example first half of January is peak season and second half is low season while February is peak season again.
Yes, the theme has a feature “Flexible Price Rules”. By using this feature, you can change the base price for each date range.

Dear Support team,
I would like to purchase the theme and i have a question, instead of using your own booking system which is implanted in the theme can i use https://www.webhotelier.net/ so all the booking CTA buttons will trigger the Webhotelier platform?.
The way im planning to use the theme is to create rooms presentations, pages etc. but instead of using your own booking system i want to use web hotelier to complete the booking procedure.

CozyStay supports the theme’s built-in booking system only. But you can disable the booking/reservation form and add a button with a custom link to the third-party booking system.

Pre sale question: Can I add a custom service fee amount or % to each rental? As an example if my room is $100 a night and I want to add a 10% cleaning fee per night is that possible?
I would not want the customer to be able to disable this fee. I would need it to be mandatory. Please advise.

Sorry, the theme doesn’t have the feature you mentioned currently – it doesn’t have the feature to calculate the extra service fee based on the room price.
2. I would not want the customer to be able to disable this fee. I would need it to be mandatory
Yes, you can set an Extra Service as mandatory, so that your client can’t disable it.
