The theme is supported and we will continue to update it. In case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us using this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will send you the latest version.
As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. Note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning.

The Revolution Slider plugin and JS Composer PLugin are outdated and have vulnerabilities. Can you please update?

Hi! I found that the HOVER BOX doesnt work properly on mobiles. When they flip, you can see the so called PRIMARY TITLE from the first face, in a mirror-like over the content in the HOVER FACE. If I didnt explained myself clearly enough, I can show it working on a URL. Is there a way to fix it? Greetings!

The hover box is one of the default custom shortcodes by WPBakery page builder.
Bundled plugins like WPBakery do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

The theme is supported and will continue to be updated. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the update’s release.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0. There were some changes in the HTML structure of single product pages in the newer versions of WooCommerce and this may cause gallery on single product pages to display incorrectly. However, there is a css fix for this and you can contact our support to send it to you.
As for the rectangles instead of the icons, please take a look at this article – What To Do If The Icons Are Being Displayed As Squares Or Strange Characters

Thank you for that article! That fixed the icon issue in most cases. However, there is something else. When I try to log in through my /wp-admin page after clicking on Log In button, I get redirected to the same page without any error messages. I’m able to access my WordPress dashboard through Bluehost, but why can’t I access it through that page? This was working fine until a couple of days ago and I haven’t changed anything. Could this be related to the theme?

Since this was working until recently, and there were no theme updates in that period, this is most likely not caused by the theme. It is possible that some of the plugins that you have installed caused this. You can try to deactivate them to see if the behavior persists. If not, contact your hosting provider.

Hi! Im trying to establish an anchor to a tab. Cannot do it by myself, but I found that there is an anchor for each tab. But somehow the template generate a random anchor, something like: www.domain.com/#name-of-the-tab-”A RANDOM NUMBER”. This RANDOM NUMBER changes everytime I refresh the URL. Is there any solution? We usually recommend installing the theme and importing the demo on a clean installation. You can try to import it over your existing content, however, in that case we would recommend that you create a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content gets overwritten.

When the video background is enabled in Row Settings, the video will not be played on mobile devices. Not all mobile browsers can play HTML5 videos, so the video is intentionally disabled on touch devices – you need to add a Video preview image which will be displayed instead of the video, or you can try to use Slider Revolution plugin in order to have the video background functionality on mobile devices.

Unfortunately, the ayro.pot file is not contain many Single Product elements (ig. “Tag” “Category” “SKU” “Share” “Add to cart” “Related products”) and Category Page elements (“Showing all X results” “Default sorting” and all the sorting options). I have tried poeditor and Loco Translation, there are missing fields everywhere.
There is a woocommerce translation in the wp-content/languages/plugins folder, but it is not working too.
Please help me!

Unfortunately, your method is not working. With Loco Translate, I see the Select Core plugin, but there are no option for translating it (missing fields). I found the plugin’s .pot file, translated it with Poeditor and copied the .po and .mo files to wp-content/languages/plugins, but there is no change.
Please just write me what files I have to edit!

Hi there! Since a couple of days ago, my checkout page doesn’t work properly because the “Select a country” dropdown doesn’t show any options nor does it show anything when you type a country name. My clients can’t complete checkout because of this. I’ve tried changing the default customer location to Geolocate (it was shop location before) but it didn’t change anything. The only recent changes to the site were an automatic update to the Yoast plugin and nothing else.
I would be super grateful if you could take a look into this and let me know if you can think of a solution.

Arlo’s theme is complete garbage. We bought it a long time ago, put it on the site only now. I downloaded a fresh version of the theme.
After downloading and activating this theme, it became on the site extremely crooked! There is no item in the menu admin panel of the site where you could download demo content or make changes to it only text and meia content on the site.
And it is not possible to replace the Orlo logo on my site 
Money was thrown away.
