I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an urgent issue that has arisen with my website following a recent update to the Elementor plugin. After updating, my site has become completely inaccessible, displaying the following error message:
Elementor\Element_Section::handle_control_position: Cannot add a control outside of a section (use start_controls_section).
It appears that this issue may be related to a compatibility problem between the latest version of Elementor and the WordPress theme I am currently using, named Vault. Given the critical importance of my website for my business operations, this situation has placed me in a difficult position, and I urgently need your assistance to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Could you please provide me with a solution or a workaround to make my site accessible again? Additionally, if there are any specific steps that need to be taken to prevent such issues in the future, I would be grateful to learn about them.

Hello Jeremy, please try the following:
1. Update your theme to the latest version in Theme Options – Updates.
2. Go to Plugins and delete MetForm PRO.
3. Go to Theme Options – Plugins and install MetForm PRO again.
Hi, I would like to use the Vault theme on a different domain than the one it is currently activated on.
How can i do that? I do not see the option to disable the product key for this domain.
As suggested by your AI tool, please disconnect my domain – growrevenue.co from this theme, so I can use it on my new domain.

Hello, please try going to Theme Options and Save. This should activate the plugin.

After the update, go to Theme Options – Updates – Connect, to activate the theme on the new domain.

1. Simple Megamenu ( can be toggled from menu editor)
2. Theme Builder Megamenu (you can build it with Elementor to look exactly how mozilla.org has)

Hello, yes you can disable it from Theme Options / Admin Customizer but we’ve just discovered a bug on blog if you disable it so i suggest to wait for the next update planed to be released next week and disable it after that.

Hello, Usually, the primary button in the header is from Theme Options/Header/Extras/Header CTA. The secondary button is typically added through the Header custom area that can be customized from the widgets section.

Hello, I bought Vault theme, the support is already extended but I have error in general about shop widgets. I choose and import shop demo with demo import, but in a shop there are no filter widgets. In a setting I already choose to show shop sidebar on the left side in woocommerce shop page. Widgets are selected liek price filter etc.. But it doesn’t appear. Can you help me with this case, please?

Unfortunately, we can’t sell a bundle with all our themes.
Another question, what are the PHP requirements to run this theme? I don’t have a dedicated or VPS hosting, will that be an issue? I just requested a refund because HostGator doesn’t support WebP images, but I am considering switching to a smaller Siteground plan that does. Keep me posted, if the smaller Wordpress plan on Siteground could work, I don’t need a refund.
