I have downloaded this theme some days ago, I have found several issues in the theme.
i have started a Support Ticket… The response to get my credentials for my website to help me was very quick. after this it is silent. i hope this goes well …
Last weekend, the developer fixed several bugs in the theme, including missing files, which I truly appreciate. It was good to see progress being made.
However, I must honestly say that I am still disappointed, as the theme feels incomplete in several important areas.
For example, social links can be changed in the Theme Options, but they do not update in the footer because they are hardcoded in a widget. This creates confusion and makes customization more complicated than it should be.
To be clear, I do not consider this theme a scam. It has strong potential. However, considering the price, I expected a more polished and fully integrated product. At this price level, basic elements such as global social settings and consistent styling should work seamlessly without requiring additional fixes.
On a positive note, I really like that the theme allows users to import he actual demo content to start from. That is a strong feature and very helpful.
The remaining issue is the shop CSS. After the recent fixes, it was finally working, but it still does not match the styling shown in the demo. I specifically requested the same CSS because I really like the demo design. Unfortunately, there has now been five days without a response.
I am hoping for clearer communication and a complete solution so that the theme fully matches what is advertised and meets the expectations set by its pricing. I look forward to resolving these remaining issues.
