I purchased the theme but the logo is not getting updated. Need help. Also I download version 2.3 instead of 2.4 so if I could get the right version I will appreciate it. Thank you.

We have two locations where the logo can be set.
1. The global option (in the theme panel) https://prnt.sc/Bb6HG4rswNkz which will change the logo globally on all the pages, products, posts etc, and we have…
2. The page wide option (if you changed the logo and on one page it is not changed = that page has a custom logo.
To change the page logo, edit the page, and scroll to this option: For example this one: https://prnt.sc/kPpi8NdNgjmj -> Edit the page and you will find it there https://prnt.sc/qL73hNuEMs51
Note: If you want to keep the global logo all over the place, just remove the logo from that page, and the global will replace it.
The version: We’ll check to see if there was a versioning issue on the previous update. sorry for that.

WC Product Variations Configurator on Any Page is interfering with payments at check out. It won’t let the payment form show. Please fix ASAP as we are losing sales every moment. The problem is it doesn’t work with WP Bakery anymore, one of them has to be disabled to have checkout work but I need both for your theme!

Stripe for woocommerce. But it doesn’t show the input field on any payment method when using with WP Bakery. Both WC Product Variations Configurator and WP Bakery need to be active for it to cause the bug.
It also doesn’t let people pay manually sent invoices. It will return a 404 error until you disable one of the plugins.

1. Did you fix to allow customers to choose multiple options during the product configuration? For example, if we are selling fruits and vegetables, the customer can choose from fruit options they like. This would NOT change the final price outcome. It would only prevent us from sending something the customer does not like or may be even allergic to it.
2. Have you added the next button below the configurator so a customer doesnt stay waiting on step one as if the website is broken?
3. If we purchase the FULL theme, and later decide to use our own/different theme can we extract the plugin from the theme and use only the plugin?

1. This was never a bug. By selecting one option only from each set this is how the variable products work. We will not change this unless we release another plugin to custom options (the scope is to keep the WooCommerce options intact and do our configurations using the native functions).

3. Yes! The plugin is included with the theme and you can use it with another theme. However, if you switch the theme you will lose the support as the plugin is supported if the theme is used. Even if the plugin itself should work with the ost popular themes styling or conflicts may appear and we will not be responsible of this.

When a client add a product review (for example here : https://thecrate.themeslr.com/product/arabica-coffee-crate/) Google says there are some missing fields which can cause a trouble in Search results (“Invalid items are not eligible for Google Search’s rich results).
The two items that are missing are :
- Missing field “itemReviewed” and
- Missing field “author”

Now, do you want to have multiple languages or want to switch completely to a RTL language?
If you want multiple languages, and also need a Language switcher, WPML is the plugin you will need.
If you don’t need a switcher, Loco translate will also do the job (free).
