My login is correct, I tried again making many screenshots to show you the credentials are the same. I have delete all cookies and cache to be sure I’m logged in with the correct username. I understand where the issue lies. When I log in using Envato, a different username is used compared to the one I normally use. Is there a workaround for the issue? Having two accounts for the same purchase is a problem. Can the ticket be moved from the account that created the Envato login to the standard one that I always use?

Unfortunately not, there’s no way to transfer the license. You have to be logged in with the same account on themeforest.com and colabrio.ticksy.com to be able to check your tickets.

Hi, I really love this theme and have already bought it twice.
But I have one question regarding the portfolio section of the “Creative Agency” home page.
I want it to be:
1st row: 1 single width, 1 double width 2nd row: 1 double width, 1 single width 3rd row: 1 single width, 1 double width
But even if I change the publishing date for the portfolio items of the 3rd row, so that the single width item is the latest published item of the two in this row, it is always the same as the 2nd row, so with the double width item on the left side.
Is there any way I can change that? I haven’t found any other way of sorting the portfolio items other than changing it’s publishing date. Am I doing something wrong?

Another question. If i install the theme on a staging site(different domain) will I have any issues activating it? i.e. Will it affect the the installation on the live/production site where it’s currently installed?
The latest available version of ACF Pro is 6.2.5. So just try to remove and install from scratch using Appearance > Install plugins menu to get the latest version.
A single license can be activated on a single WP installation only. You can activate your license on a stage website while working on it and move the license to the production when the website will be complete.

Our client seems to have an issue with your mobile menu. The tabs are able to open, but not able to close with the little x on the right. They have, on their office computers, a problem opening the different menu item has their window is in between a mobile version and desktop version.
In May 2023, one of your developper said to main.mins.js file on the staging environment and that you should review the solution and merge. Do you now have a permanent solution ?

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to implement the same layout as a project preview on the project page with the fullscreen slider on the left and the description content on the right. However, I have doubts regarding the scrolling of the page. Thank you.
I am also experiencing problems with the pagination of the portfolio listing which cannot find the subsequent pages, returning a 404 error when for example it tries to find the ”/portfolio/page/2/”, in case I have activated the standard pagination. The same happens with the “Load More and Lazy Load”. This affects the functioning of the filters and does not allow me to view the latest items. Another problem I’m encountering is on the grid of the portfolio page, which, even if I set the field empty in the “Portfolio items per page” input of the General tab of the portfolio, only shows me 12 items and I have to insert a higher number if I wanted to see all products on the same page, for example 200. I hope this information is useful for debugging. A hug.

Our theme comes bundled with some premium plugins from CodeCanyon, such as WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution, and ACF Pro, that help to supercharge your website with features beyond a typical WordPress installation.
ACTIVATION
Bundled plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed. You can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
UPDATE
Just try to remove and install the plugin from scratch under the Appearance > Install Plugins menu. The latest version of ACF Pro is already available on our server.
If you’ve received an alert about a plugin that needs to be updated, this could be because the new version of the plugin was recently released.
