Please check if your server meets our theme’s minimal requirements. As “All Pages” demo is quite big, we recommend increasing the PHP time limit even higher than it’s mentioned in our docs requirements.

My login is correct, I tried again making many screenshots to show you the credentials are the same. I have delete all cookies and cache to be sure I’m logged in with the correct username. I understand where the issue lies. When I log in using Envato, a different username is used compared to the one I normally use. Is there a workaround for the issue? Having two accounts for the same purchase is a problem. Can the ticket be moved from the account that created the Envato login to the standard one that I always use?

Unfortunately not, there’s no way to transfer the license. You have to be logged in with the same account on themeforest.com and colabrio.ticksy.com to be able to check your tickets.

Hi, I really love this theme and have already bought it twice.
But I have one question regarding the portfolio section of the “Creative Agency” home page.
I want it to be:
1st row: 1 single width, 1 double width 2nd row: 1 double width, 1 single width 3rd row: 1 single width, 1 double width
But even if I change the publishing date for the portfolio items of the 3rd row, so that the single width item is the latest published item of the two in this row, it is always the same as the 2nd row, so with the double width item on the left side.
Is there any way I can change that? I haven’t found any other way of sorting the portfolio items other than changing it’s publishing date. Am I doing something wrong?

Another question. If i install the theme on a staging site(different domain) will I have any issues activating it? i.e. Will it affect the the installation on the live/production site where it’s currently installed?
The latest available version of ACF Pro is 6.2.5. So just try to remove and install from scratch using Appearance > Install plugins menu to get the latest version.
A single license can be activated on a single WP installation only. You can activate your license on a stage website while working on it and move the license to the production when the website will be complete.

Our client seems to have an issue with your mobile menu. The tabs are able to open, but not able to close with the little x on the right. They have, on their office computers, a problem opening the different menu item has their window is in between a mobile version and desktop version.
In May 2023, one of your developper said to main.mins.js file on the staging environment and that you should review the solution and merge. Do you now have a permanent solution ?
