We can see parallax scrolling is there for each vertical sections. Can you please tell us in which device, OS and browser you are checking, so we can try to replicate that way.

Hi, i’m on PC, win10, checked it on Firefox and Chrome. Is there another page with parallax I can look at?

Edit: Checked out the page https://craftohtml.themezaa.com/element-parallax-scrolling.html not seeing parallax effect there either.

The hero section is just static. I checked parallax effect on “Litho” template and its working fine on there.

Our team have tested above pages in Win 10 in Chrome and Firefox and also tested in Mac Safari and parallax is working fine. So can you please create a support ticket and share your screen recording, so our support team can check it more with you.

Will do. Just checked again… parallax works on those pages when I view from inside the Envatomarket frame, but not when I view outside the frame.

Can you please make sure to add ticket subject and then create ticket button will become active.

This is really strange as we are not able to replicate this problem as we have already tested in Windows 9 and 10. Can you please update your browsers. Also can you please check your browser console in case if you see any JS related error there.
