Does this theme is support WordPress 6.9?

I purchased your product last week and I’m working on the website. There is one problem that I couldn’t solve. The custom header only shows up in the desktop mode but the original (from the template Monst) takes place in Tablet and Mobile modes. I tried to configure the settings however I couldn’t solve the confusion. Could you please guide me about the header?

I’m using Monst plus Elementor in the Wordpress back end.

When I design a page under the Pages post type, under the Page Layout pane of Elementor, the option “Full Width” is enabled by default- this is what I want, for my website to be Full Width.

When I open a page under the Services, Team, or Portfolio post type, the Page Layout option “Full Width” is available, but when I select it, nothing happens- the page will not go full width.

To recreate this: 1- Log into Wordpress and open a Page with Elementor 2- Change Page Layout to “Full Width” from selection- the content is in full width 3- Open a Portfolio page with Elementor 4- Change Page Layout to “Full Width” from selection- the content does not expand to meet full width, even though Full Width is selected

How may I enable Full Width on Portfolio, Service and Team pages in order to support my design?

I Have bought this for a second time here having purchased it through evanto elements

The footer switcher does not work. I have made changes to the footer in

Monst > Footers > Footer Style 1

Footer Style 1 is selected in

Monst > Theme Options > Footer

Yet the changes are not shown.

Your documentation is out of date, the video shows a totally different UI

I also need a refund for one of the purchases

Hi, I have tried to install your theme on a fresh wordpress 6.1.2 installed website but I’m getting the “Incompatible Archive.” error message after trying to install the monst.zip theme archive. Do you know what other restrictions do you have for this theme? I have also tried with both php 7.0 and 8.3 but had the same issue.
