My theme’s pro features are not working. I have activated the license as well. I tried to contact support but their website is broken and lost. There is internal server error always on their website when I click on submit a ticket, I am trying since last 2 days to reach the author but there is no one to help. They have mentioned wrong website address on their theme support button. But I found the real one from Envato but that one also giving Internal server error often while clicking on submit a ticket. I feel helpless with this. I have to start working asap since client is in hurry. This is worst experience with the dark side of Envato and theme forest post purchase support. I feel like they just want money and sell garbage. Envato is literally here to earn the commission and increase the price, they not taking any responsibility and they provide no support at all. They only redirect us to the author’s website. Even after paying for support, I am getting no support assistance neither from Envato nor from the author.

Hello, I can’t access my licenses or submit a ticket. I’m just getting “Error message – Internal Server Error”. I tried logging out of help.averta.org and logged back in, same thing. Is your site down?

I did just purchase a new license and was able to activate it via the website dashboard. It did error at first but it then accepted it. Not sure if that helps troubleshoot or not. I have several licenses from you that I need to be able to see so I can manage them all… hopefully it’s just a glitch and a quick fix. If there is an email address I can email to help resolve this, please let me know.

Just purchased and tried to install demo content to a clean install. Getting errors when trying to install elementor Element Pack and phlox pro features plugins. Just keep trying to install and fails. Stuck in a loop. Not very happy as I can’t even use the theme and I need to get started. Tried to submit support ticket but gives internal server error. What’s going on? If this doesn’t work then issue the refund. Don’t have time to waste chasing and waiting 2 days for support for something that should be working.

I’ve been asking on teh AVERTA support for 3 months for them to fix their interface, I am no longer able to access any of my 5 licences – they’ve disappeared and it says they are attached to another account (I did not change accounts), This is UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve supplied proof of purchase, sent reminders, and am being totally ignored.

and before someone tells me this is ‘support’ related. I’m sorry but making sure customers can use their licence is not ‘support’. I’m not asking for new features or help coding, I’m asking for them to let me use the product I’ve paid them for.

I checked your ticket and I can see that we have been before. Also, I noticed that you have not registered at our help center with the email address where you purchased the license. That is why you can not access the Phlox Pro premium support. That being said, I have sent an email to you to follow up on your issue.

By the way, we are the author of Phlox and we can verify your purchase simply if you sing in with the account that you purchased the Phlox Pro.

Please it is nearly impossible to open a ticket with you, I just purchased this plugin but why can’t I activate the pro version, I have watched the videos but I do not see where it says activate? I have deleted and refreshed and still no activate button.

Hi. If you are referring to the Phlox Pro homepage, I?m afraid that is custom-coded. But the Export Section feature works on all the available demos.

Poor Customer Support. I have been waiting to solve the issue for the last 4 years and they are not solving it.

I have purchased the theme and used it on one website and now that website is no longer active. Now I want to use this code in my new website but it’s says my code is used in some other website and i am asking them to resolve this issue from their side as i dont have access to the old website but they gone silence.

Element Pack Pro The plugin cannot be updated. I tried deleting it and installing it again – it didn’t help. Your plugin version is 7.4.0 while the current plugin version is 7.9.0

Sticky Header Height Specifies the Sticky header height. If you enable the sticky menu through the theme settings, this setting does not work. It’s been a week since I made a refund request but there is no response from you. After importing dozens of demos, I realized that the theme does not fully support right-to-left (RTL) languages as expected. Despite my efforts, none of the demos worked seamlessly with RTL.

I need to know that are the motion effects in the demos also available with elementor free? or do I need to get elementor pro to get those scrollin animations? Because before purchasing I tried to import a demo on my wordpress, but the scrolling animations were not working. Does this happen after purchasing too?

Category archive not displaying new posts!

I’m encountering a peculiar issue with post categories. When I publish a new post within a specific category and then navigate to that category’s archive page, the post is mysteriously absent. Strangely, if I quick edit older (imported) posts and re-assign them to this same category, they appear in the archive as expected.

I’ve ensured everything is up to date (plugins, theme, WordPress core), but the problem persists. Any insights into what might be causing this behavior would be greatly appreciated!

this theme 100% GPL but its not installing on more then 1 domain when we installed this theme on other domain it saying it’s installed on other domain so please let me know how i can use it more than 1 domain because its gpl theme

Hi there, the theme is GPL, but only the theme and it is not related to templates, support , auto updates and the plugins. and they works when you activate your license that is why you cannot use those features on more than one domain with 1 license

My friend I already replied you. you can install Phlox theme on as many domain as you want but you cannot use the services like demo importer, customer support and 1-click auto update. those are services and you can have them on 1 domain. can i use more than demo at one site ( i mean i will use 3 or 4 demos at one site multipage?

Hi. You can’t have multiple demo versions running on a website at the same time. But you can use the “Export Section” feature to include different parts of various demos. Check out this resource for more details. https://docs.phlox.pro/article/232-export-section

There’s a problem in the Phlox Core Elements Version 2.15.5 now as it won’t install the Phlox Pro Tools and the rest and it will just go “Installing” and then “failed” You might want to check that, please. I assume because the rest of the plugins don’t have version numbers in the Phlox Pro->Plugins. Please let me know once updated! Thanks!
