Fix a bug in the template related to displaying the logo. By default, all pages display a transparent header with a Secondary logo (under which there is a light background). But I also have several separate pages with a dark background that also use a transparent header. It turns out that the logo (Primary or Secondary) cannot be displayed normally on both types of pages. Either disable the transparent header on all pages by default, or give the user the option to customize the logo when customizing the page. Otherwise this is a logical error!

Currently, the theme allows users to set the logo image for the transparent header globally in the Theme Options area. However, we acknowledge limitations as no options exist to select the logo image page-by-page.
I will inform our development team and ask them to implement this feature. We hope to include it in the next theme update.

I uploaded everything correctly but – as I’m sure you have received this a million times – the WPBakery only shows the shortcode and text in a text format in the text box and it doesn’t seem to be compatible at all…

I have a couple of questions. I would love to make kind of cards with a categories, tags and search sidebar. So I thought, let’s go for the shop option. Only thing is that when I select ‘shop sidebar’ the categories and tags or search bar isn’t showing 
. When I select the ‘page’ or ‘blog’ sidebar, it does show the categories etc. How can I fix this?
Then the second question is, that eventually I want it to look like this: https://lehmanningredients.co.uk/ingredients/ Would you recommend going further with the shop block, or is it better to use a cards block? But I would love to give each ‘product’ or ‘card’ categories and tags. And it’s not necessary to buy the product. It’s more to showcase what we offer. And I will only use the ‘request a sample’ button, that pop’s open in an email field with the emailaddress to the company and in the subject the specific product.
If I need to get a support license I can buy that, but I would like the know in advance if the questions above are something you guys can help me with.

You can achieve the same layout and functionality using the WooCommerce plugin. This is the only way if you want to filter by category or tags.
You do not have to import the Shop page layout. Head over to your site admin area > Sway > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Page > check with the settings.
Adding widgets to the Shop page can be done by navigating to your site admin area > Apperance > Widgets > check with the Shop Sidebar.
If you do not want to let customers add products to cart, you can use a Catalog Mode plugin from WordPress plugin repository and the YITH Request a Quote plugin.
Hello, you have very nice light and concise templates. By my habit I started to check sites on google pagespeed and I can not understand why google does not want to check sites, in particular kindergarten and yoga template, writes that it can not render and error (NO_FCP) Is it because of WP bakery page builder by any chance? Regarding the issue you’re experiencing with Google Pagespeed, we want to assure you that it’s not directly related to the WPBakery Page Builder. The error you’re encountering (NO_FCP) is likely due to the page preloader functionality.

I’m still having issues – Deprecated: Function Redux::setExtensions is deprecated since version Redux 4.3! Use Redux::get_extensions( $opt_name, $path ) instead?? My site has totally broken.

Problem 2: when we turn on the preloader (on php 8.2), the site page loads for 3-5 minutes (the preloader does not disappear), could you fix this in the next update?
Fix the preloader, it slows down page loading for a very long time, and without it you can see how the design moves when loading (this is very bad). Will make loading smooth and so that the preloader disappears when the first screen is loaded (and not when the entire site has loaded)

Hello! Thanks for writing in! The preloader is enabled on our live preview websites and we are using PHP 8.2. I believe this is a plugin compatibility issue. Please disable all plugins except for the theme recommended ones and test again.
Yes, my preloader also started working normally on this version. Now there is one less problem.
But what about the first problem when the preloader is disabled? Why does the background fill jump at boot time (which should fill the entire screen at once)
This usually happens with full-width rows. I recommend disabling the background color through WPBakery and use custom CSS to set a color on that row. Do this for rows that are displayed first on a page.

When i set header background as transparent it works. But when i open the page on mobile the header is still colored… i there a way to force the transparency also for mobile view?

Thanks for writing in! The transparent navigation feature is designed for desktop resolutions only and isn’t available on mobile devices due to compatibility constraints.

Video autoplay is disabled on mobile devices by default. This is something that is not in our control. You need to use a fallback image instead.
WordPress 6.4.3 “Incompatible Archive” error
When attempting to upload a theme or plugin to WordPress (specifically WordPress version 6.4.3), you may run into this error: Incompatible Archive.
How to fix Incompatible Archive
To resolve this issue, please install and activate a Code Snippets plugin from the Plugins > Add new. Then, add this code snippet to run everywhere:

Be wary of this theme. While it looks beautiful it’s the only theme or plugin I’ve had issues with in all my time on Themeforest (2014). Having to contact the developer multiple times just to install, activate and get features working has been the most frustrating.
Bogdan did you disappear on me??? This theme is the most frustrating we’ve purchased as it still can’t be activated from within the wordpress dashboard using the envato purchase code. 2. For Flip Box functionality, our theme is compatible with WPBakery Page Builder, which offers a standard Flip Box element.
3. Concerning the Text Rotator effect, currently, the theme supports the effects showcased on this page: https://www.swaytheme.com/elements/text-rotator/. Unfortunately, the Type Writer style for Text Rotator is not available in our theme at the moment.
