Why I am unable to upload my zip file. I have tried many times and it’s giving an error like The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

You are getting stylesheet missing message because you went to install full downloaded package. Once you have downloaded the theme package from Themeforest you must unzip it and upload only the inner zip file named educavo.zip.
Also your purchase code not activating because you used the purchase code before. That’s why your purchase code not working. You should deactivate the purchase code from old installation. Thanks

Just download the theme package from themeforest and install it. As like theme installation. During installation you have to confirm to replace older version. Thanks

I have opened tickets three times and I keep explaining the issue again and again. I still cannot have an answer from you whether the problem with the theme settings can be solved or not. The purchase code cannot be entered as it delivers. a blank page. As a result I don’t see the theme settings in the back end which means I cannot work at all. Needless to say that I can’t also import the demo data.

I just checked you used elementor header & footer. That’s our header and footer not working and also banner part not working. You have to manage banner part from elementor.
As you are using header builder you have to create header with inner banner and that header need to show for courses. Thanks
