We are not sure what you mean. We already have custom post types such as ‘listings’. It’s basically work with PHP and My SQL. But you need to make sure that it’s a WordPress theme that works with WordPress Core.

Hello.
Can I use the WYSIWYG editor in the content (normal description) area as a classic editor when I create a list? My customers need to easily upload images in the description area. Is there any way to use WP Editor with the Add media button displayed? Of course, I know that Wordpress no longer supports that editor, but I still have to use it.
I bought Javo Theme a long time ago, so if the above questions are available, I’m planning to buy a new additional one. I know you’re busy, but please answer.

Hi there, I want to purchase your theme but I have a few questions first:
1) I see each user gets their own shop page. Is there a main shop page that shows all products available to buy from ALL users?
2) Can listing ratings be turned off?
3) The shop page looks very buggy https://preview.themeforest.net/item/javo-directory-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/8390513. Add to cart button is just text. Random buy it on amazon button. The ‘category’ pages in the shop have an archive link sidebar, and irrelevant subcategories like ‘dating’ showing. Is shop on your roadmap to improve?

1. Yes, you can use shop list page that shows all products.
2. Yes, you can remove or add most of fields and meta (except title, content… )

Pre-sale questions
1. If I allow user to have a vendor dashboard to sale their products, and use woocommerce for payment gateway, how does the payment work.
Do all the payments come to me as the admin then I have to send the vendor their money or each vendor can install their own payment gateway and they receive their money directly and I can set it that I receive commission payment only.
2. Can I offer different Ad packages? So for example Classic Ad package for $5 the ad shows for 5 days then Premium Ad package for $15 shows for 14 days?
3. Can I automatically put a sticker written “Ad” on all paid ads or make them a different colour so that they stand out and make show they appear at the top all the time someone searches for that category?
4. Does the chat feature come with the theme or do I need to purchase the chat plugin separately and will each user have their own chat box?
5. Do you have a demo of the user dashboard and vendor dashboard. If so please share link

For PG, you can use PG companies that WC provides. They have a lot. I think you should have a look at dokan plugin. We believe that you can set the commisson rate and it sents to vendors on the date.

We are not sure what fact you will tell the truth to people and not sure about the tesla example. We don’t deceive people. We have many happy clients and using it without major problems.
This is the truth that your support is expired. Then you need to extend it as everybody does and by It’s also by Envato policy ( https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy ). You can tell everybody about it.
You purchased this huge software with a great price in Envato. Then you need to extend it by Envato policy. $60 might be a big money. However, our dev team spent and invested time and effort much more than that amount and developed this huge software.
It’s also pretty common sense and general issue that you need to extend the support even if you haven’t used it.
Activation issue is mostly a cache issue with Envato API to check the license validation. It’s not really matter with our theme code or author’s issue.

I have downloaded the Javo template in Version: 5.11.0, but unfortunately I am experiencing some problems, especially in the Detail Listing.
Initially I have used from Page Builder , the [Listing Detail] Style ( T) 2 – Colors to be the template for each business view.
1. For example I found out that Working Hours do not work in the listing detail although I have declared them in each business. Of course I saw that in the demo businesses, it shows them in the view, but you can’t edit them within the admin at all! 2. Also for some reason ,while I select logo in each business in the field that asks for it, it never saves it! 3. I have also used the Edit Listing Post Meta to display social media (facebook/instagram etc),but when I choose to display only the icon and not text, the icon does not even appear , whereas in the past when I had used it it played normally. 4. Finally I don’t know if you have fixed the problem with the map in the latest version of Wordpress 6.4. Basically it was upgraded automatically to the latest version and stopped working the page that displayed the map with all the businesses(list-directory-boxed-search-header-left-filter-map-header).
Please let me know immediately of any developing issues, because I use the template on several websites and i’m having problems with my clients.

Good but unfortunately the theme is not good for mobiles. It is not responsive. The images are all cramped and small and when you click on an image nothing happens. You have to click on the text to see the ad.

Your Javo template is the worst thing I’ve ever bought here on the portal, over 10 times to try to get it to work and always with page failures, simply rubbish that doesn’t work, wastes time and money, I don’t recommend anyone buying this template, it’s all wrong
