Hello, theme works very well but I have problems with the translation of: portoflio, categories. I installed Polylang but I can only associate the language to: pages and articles. I need to be able to do this on portfolios too.

If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Hiroshi Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

Hi, the more I use this theme, the more I’m disappointed I am of how poor are the settings you can do without editing css. It’s a great step back in theme usability. Also theme documentation is poor, it doesn’explain or add anything you can just reed and try to guess by yourself. I’m aware that this is not a reason you could take into account to ask for a refund, otherwise I would have done so.
Your support is great, I write to them daily, because of the lack of settings, but it’s not a way I like to work.

Hi, I purchased and installed this theme some time ago. I got an issue with a virus in the installation folder and I was not longer able to log in, so I deleted the web: files and database. Now I need to install it again but I’m asked to deregister my code. I cannot do that since the original installation no longer exists. Can you help me, please?

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. If you are referring to the featured image for single blog posts with standard layout, then original image proportions will be used. Max-height can be set with some custom css and our support agents can assist you with this.

hello the mobile versin of the theme has an issue. it shows the cross like in location initially and then if u open and close a tab like materials the cross changes design . why? https://snipboard.io/GCtTcl.jpg

Hello. I need assistance from those who have purchased this theme. I am unable to do it due to my limited PHP knowledge. I want to print the category of that portfolio to the body class on the portfolio detail page, but none of the solutions I found on the internet have worked. I submitted a ticket to the theme creator, but they are not providing any help at all. This is because I have already made the purchase. I hope there are only people willing to help. I need to write a code in functions.php so that it adds category names to the body class.

Thanks for writing in! Each category of Portfolio or a Product does have a class on the body added. Usually it is .tax-portfolio-category.term-facades (this is a class example from our demo that targets facades portfolio category) which you can use to target your CSS. Of course this class will depend on your category name and needs to be changed.

Hi! How are you? I’m having some issues with the theme. I’ve already design all my site, but the shop is not working. I’m using it as a catalog but from the home page or the shop page the products did not open unless you tried it on a new tab, if you click, nothing happens and if you want to go to the store with any buttons or menu, it doesn’t either. Hello,
I am trying to use the theme but I am having a lot of issues. I contacted the support more than 36h ago and still waiting.
The main two big problems are:
- I cannot change any picture (I tried different pages of the template and creating a new page). I upload a new pic in the media but then I cannot upload it on the pages.
- Every time that a duplicate any section on Elementor I completely lose the format on the preview and on the live/updated version of the page.
I checked if I have some compatibility issues with the hosting but it doesn’t look like. Thank you
