Submitting a ticket on their support website does not lead to new ticket being created, instead it returns back to the ticket submission page without any errors. There is an announcement at the top that says they are not working on today’s date, but the ticket submission is still available, however a ticket is not created once you submit. Therefore you write all your data and description of the problem and at the end you have no idea if the ticket is opened, but when you go and check and you see it’s not opened your ticket data is gone as it was not submitted.
What a waste of time. I don’t understand how someone that creates themes does such a poor job in implementing their own ticket system? May be consider a third party ticket system since your UI and UX is incredibly poor.
Our support system is purchased from codecanyon we do not develop it . We never got any report that after put all information ticket not submitted. You may be got error if you missed information. Each day we have many ticket opened. We never got this kind of open ticket issues. We will closely monitor if any one else report ticket open issue. Thank you
Upon clicking the “Zoom” (search) icon the “X” button, which upon clicking quits the Search Modal, sticks to the mouse cursor and follows the mouse wherever it goes on the page until clicked.
It’s important to note that the above is intended behaviour, not a bug.
Setting .cursor-follower {display:none} fixes the issue so that the annoying close button doesn’t follow the mouse, I have no idea who thought this is an acceptable logic, haven’t seen that anywhere else and it makes it look like the website is broken and is done by developers who don’t follow convention but experiment with a design that is meant to be conservative.
First impression after I purchased – the “documentation.txt” file in the zip contains a “http” (not https) link to a 404 Not found page: https://smartdatawp.com/politaro/documentation/. Apparently nobody made the effort to check the post-purchase experience, which worries me what other lack of attention to detail I will have to deal with.
Regarding the donate function, Is it possible to use an ActBlue API or just insert links? I find a lot of the political templates I have to bypass the donation set up and use a linked page. What do you advise?

Après avoir installé et activé le thème, j’ai installé et activé tous les plugins demandés. Lorsque j’ai essayé d’installer la démo en appuyant sur « Importer des données de démonstration », je suis resté bloqué ! Le cycle de chargement continuait de tourner mais n’allait pas plus loin, affichant le message « Importation, veuillez patienter ! Existe-t-il un moyen de m’envoyer les fichiers de démonstration afin que je puisse les importer manuellement ?

Hey guys, thanks for the great theme! I bought it yesterday and I have a little problem. Hope you can help! After installing and activating the theme, I installed and activated all the requested plugins. When I tried to install the demo by pressing “Import Demo Data” I got stuck! The loading cycle kept spinning but would not go any further, displaying the message “Importing, please wait! Is there any way you can send me the demo files so I can import them manually?
