Hi, I’m interested in purchasing the Hongo Shopify theme. I have a few questions about its customization options. Is the theme customizable? If so, what aspects can be customized? For example, can I remove or add features and elements like text, buttons, etc.?
In addition to design, to ensure a smooth experience for my Shopify store, I’d like to inquire about the theme’s compatibility with the latest Shopify version, responsive design, built-in features like product filtering, and app integrations. Additionally, understanding your theme’s level of customization, access to tutorials, support options and hours, loading speed, code security, update frequency, refund policy, and customer reviews would be very helpful in making an informed decision.

You should have Shopify store subscription and their related addons if you need. Hongo theme is one time cost which includes 6 months of support for any query and issue / error if you face in the theme.
Refund is not applicable if the item is working as described in the item description and presented in the demo site.

Terrible and dishonest support from “Sandy M” at customer service.
You show her screenshots of your problem, and she asks for administrator access to your site several times, knowing perfectly well that the final answer will be to ask a Shopify developer.
In fact, there is no support at all.

So you can please go to those tickets from closed tickets section in your support panel and post your reply to make that ticket open again. Our team will be happy to help you as needed.
We already fixed one item which was possible with theme settings. And there were one item which required customization in theme so our support team asked you to contact your shopify developer, in a support we can not do customization work.
We had requested backend access to see button issue in slider as you said and this was working fine.

Does this theme features provide google schema for Sale Mode that shows “Sale” and a carasoul in Google Listings, Video in Listings and Review requests after purchase?

Shopify by default render schema for product title, image, price, sku, sale / offer. But for other schemas like carousel, video and review requests after purchase, you may need to customise the code or use any Shopify app.

Purchase code not working for support. Large site and prices for product options not showing…it’s a big problem. Please advise.

This sort of broken functionality means I’m not using your theme. I’ve requested a refund. The vendor page is also broken. I’ve bought other themes and the video clearly shows the basics. Your support page might have a lag or something but I’m an experienced user on ThemeForest and have a few accounts – this experience is a first. My live, working site doesn’t have time for variants to stop working as in the video. i need to move on. 0 downtime is an expectation w/o digging through waiting for support that was initially not even connected (perhaps a manual entry on your end was necessary).

There is no manual entry or adjustments required to make variations work as that is default feature of Shopify and theme also, but there may be any conflict from other applications used. We are eager to help you but if you are not willing to get help then we cannot force you. Our billing team will check your refund request and communicate with you as needed.

You have activated Hongo theme license in this store – bivallo.com on 23rd June 2023, so you can deactivate license from there and then you should be able to activate in the new store.

Their ticket system doesn’t work, I tried to register on envato and it took a user that wasn’t mine and now I registered manually and it tells me that my Item Purchase Code is in another account, it was probably in the first one I registered, but when I logged in In it it doesn’t let me change anywhere, I want everything to be with the registered user with the email info@amboli.es please

From your previous account, you can please go to create a support ticket and there you can remove Hongo Shopify theme from the items list and then you can try to create a ticket from your new account and that should work.

Is there a way to stop the Featured products from auto sliding on the mega menu? Can we stop them sliding, instead you need to click the arrows?

You can always renew your item support as and if needed in the future.
Yes you can use any review app as they provide section / block to showcase review and you can add those in product pages. But those reviews cannot be visible in product listing pages like category / collection / search. For this to have you can use Loox and Judge.me reviews app. For Rivo review app, you may need to customise the code to display review in category page and product detail page at top near by title.

1. Yes you can sell physical products as that is the default feature of Shopify.
2. Yes you can sell digital products using this Shopify application – https://apps.shopify.com/digital-downloads.
3. You may need to use any Shopify application for subscription as this feature is not available by default in Shopify. And also you will not find this feature in any of the theme because that can be achieved by application only.
