currently, our JNews theme only supports Elementor and WP Bakery, Gutenverse is a different product, for the speed depends on the complexity of elements or blocks that are used to build the website, and many other factors can also influence speed such as server specifications, server settings, cache and CDN usage

for the header, we are using our built-in header builder, for Footer you can use Elementor to build the footer

I figured out this problem. This theme isn’t compatible with Elementor’s Hosting. I switched to another host and have no problems with the demo.

sorry for the inconvenience, If an invalid request error occurs, but your license is actually valid, usually this is due to server setting related to Referrer Policy, maybe when your site requested to our server it didn’t send the referer on the request header or it sending different domain as referer, sometime there are server setting that sent the hosting domain as referer instead of the actual domain the website use

if the issue happens again, please ensure that the Referrer Policy set to strict-origin-when-cross-origin

1. please disable the caching plugin and security plugin if you are using one while importing the demo

2. please try to resave the permalinks, in the WordPress Dashboard, please go to settings > permalinks, click the save changes button at the bottom of the permalinks page without changing any settings

3. please make sure the WordPress file permissions and ownership are correct on your server, you can use this documentation below as a reference for WordPress file permission and ownership

4. please set at least the PHP memory limit on your server to at least 64MB (recommended: 128M) and max upload file to at least 64 MB, please check the documentation below

2. jika menu pada customize tidak muncul biasanya hal ini terjadi karena ada javascript error, javascript error ini mungkin saja terjadi karena adanya plugin conflict, untuk melihat adanya plugin conflict atau tidak tolong nonaktifkan plugin plugin third party yang tidak berkaitan dengan JNews untuk sementara, tolong juga periksa apakah saat anda membuka customizer apakah ada javascript error dengan cara klik kanan pada browser > pilih inspect > pilih console

Is not just the homepage. All the category pages as well. please visit www.focuspress.ro and you will see it for yourself. Just surf the main categories.

The first 9 posts does not show thumbnails. All others work.

Sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. I only used Elementor for homepage, others are just archive pages. And is not the widgets, those are the main content. just the first 9. When I add a new post, the fist 9 won’t show, the others work.

I did that with the problematic fist 9 posts, and now the problem moved down to the next category.

How can I downgrade my theme to previous version 11.2.0 or 11.1.5, please help me downgrade my theme.

As I have checked everything the conflict is the Jnews theme only, I had disabled all other plugins and tested it, the issue is from Jnews theme itself, one helpful you can do to me is downgrading the theme.

there are two options to hide the category description, you can use the additional CSS below and add it to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
