Dear Support Team,
After updating my website to version 3.1, the entire site initially crashed. Fortunately, I’m now able to access both the frontend and backend again. However, the portfolio section is no longer functioning, and the overall layout and appearance look noticeably different from before the update. I would like to know if there’s anything I can do to restore the previous functionality and design—especially the portfolio—without having to rebuild the entire website from scratch.
I also want to mention that I already sent an email to your support team on October 6th, 2025, including all the necessary information. These include both the WordPress admin login and FTP access, so you can fully examine the backend and theme/plugin setup.regarding this issue. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response yet, and I’m still waiting for assistance.
Additionally, I’m receiving the following message when working with the plugins: The Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin requires WPBakery Page Builder version 3.7.2 or greater.
However, the WPBakery Page Builder plugin on my site cannot be updated beyond its current version, which is preventing the Ultimate Addons plugin from functioning properly.
Please let me know what steps I can take or if you need anything else from my side.

To Activate WPBakery for Portfolio Pages:
1) Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → WPBakery Page Builder → Role Manager.
2) Under Post Type, select Custom, and choose the custom post type you want to edit.

We provide the latest version of the plugin, but it does not come with a separate license. The included version works without premium features.

However, I’m now encountering a new problem with the Portfolio section. Every item I add in the editor is automatically duplicated on the page.
I’ve tried deactivating plugins, clearing the cache, and checking the theme settings, but the problem persists.

hi, first of all thanks for the template, it is awesome.
But the element ‘portfolio gallery listings’ is working fine on a portfolio-page, but I cannot get it to work on a normal page when entering a portfolio-id. Other elements like ‘portfolio sliders’ do work when entering the same portfolio-id. Am i missing something? Or is this just not possible?

Is there a way for the header images from the portfolio to be sized so that header shows the good part of the picture? Right now, the head cuts the image in half and we can only see the top half of the picture.
Also, is there a way for the background images to be resized accordingly when using mobile? Right now, if you look at the site on mobile, the background images aren’t resized so you cannot see the whole image, just half.

that’s not what I asked. The wpbakery page builder only works on pages, not portfolio or posts. How do you activate it?
