is this theme dead? sent ticket three days ago.. i realize they don’t work weekends but thought they may pick it up today. Nothing and it says there now closed. Ticket #285689

Hello we’ve a few questions. “We need this theme to be a marketplace for events only, Do we need to purchase the eventPro addon? 1. can we alow people to login as vendors and to display events? 2. Will we bee using woocomerce for this? 3. can the vendor dashboard be configured? 4. Do we have a way to test this theme before buying it? 5. can we monitize from it by a commision on the sales or only by subscription of the vendors?” 6. If we use eventpro addon with listing pro theme, can we get all the listing pro features as well? Or only eventpro addon’s feature will we get? 7. Can we create advance filtering? Like filter by event category, location, price, date and some more custom post type?

Hi, I’ve a question, when people click on the button for “post a listing” I want there to be paid options/tick boxes. So for example, posting just a listing is free but if you want to add your website to the listing you pay 4,99$, if you want to add more than 5 photos you pay an additional 4,99$, if you want your listing to be on the top of the page for 1 week you an additional amount, and so on.

I installed the listingpro theme and the yellowpro addon. but when i tried to import content it says i need a license but i already have one added in under the LingtingPro CC -> License.

i have a pre-purchase question? Does your theme support converting text list to custom field options so that text lists can be converted to fields in bulk in a matter of seconds with only a convert button?

secondly is your theme compatible with ACF pro ?

lastly, is your theme compatible with WP ALL IMPORT EXPORT pro plugins and can we create the custom fields or options with instead with WP All Import Export plugin?

My questions are aimed at streamlining site development, making it feasible to manage extensive lists of options and custom fields with ease. The potential time savings and efficiency gains from these features cannot be overstated, especially for sites that require detailed customization and large datasets.

I see the theme recommends installing cubewp but I’m not sure why. Is this just for the contact page form or are there other reasons why this is the recommended form plugin? Are there other areas where cubewp can integrate nicely with the Listingspro theme?

Hi, I am using fluxstore listing for mobile app and it works really well. But I have a problem with opening hours. The opening hours are not visible in mobile app. According to fluxstore developer “ListingPro did not have a Rest API available for Opening Store Hours”. A few questions:

1. My directory has some businesses that close in the middle of the day, so for example they may be open on monday from 8AM-12:30PM and 2pm-8pm. Is there anyway I can implement this?

2. The Opening-Closing hours has the “Show al ltimings” button to open them all. I there a setting to have them all opened by default?

3. Is there an option or way I can show “Closes in X hours”, so it would calculate the number of hours left open from the time now to the closing time.

4. The featured image is not appearing on my listings, is there a setting I need to turn on to have that appear?

5. Is there a way I could add an html block somewhere on the listing page to inject my own custom content into listings?

6. I see you have a whatsapp field, where I live Line is much more popular. Any plans to add that?

Please help me with ticket #283892 its been open 3 weeks and your support denied work with files from FTP account, I already give them before admin credentials and they left a mess, after them I have to restore backup and told them I can add CSS code or check settings just as fine just tell me what to do or work from FTP account. I ask transfer this ticket to manager so he can investigate whole ticket nobody want to hear me.

Hi Support, I have 2 questions:

I’m not very techie at all and so am very confused.

1) There are a lot of plugins for this ListingPro themes, and I’m aware that too many plugins slow the site and impact performance. Since the new update there are some new ones, like CubeWP. Please can someone tell me which plugins I can safely delete without harming my site? (Other than the ones that come with the theme or that it tells you to install, like JS Composer for example, I have only an image optimizer and AIOSEO). If there are any extra hanging around from original Listingpro that aren’t necessary anymore, deleting them will probably help my site speed.

2) When putting Listings on, even though I add features, they don’t show in the Search Results page under the business. When I go back to edit the listing, they’ve disappeared. I checked against one of the listings that is already in the theme, (Sauce & Barrel), and that one is ok, and at the bottom it says ‘Please select Business Features’, but on my own listing at the bottom it says ‘Option not available’. Why is this and how can I resolve it please?
