Hi, Recently installed this theme and all working as expected. We are trying to change the menu options but elementor keeps referring to pay for the pro version? but the docs say this isn’t required?

Can you advise if/how we can update the menu without upgrading to pro?

Sorry, would I also need to install the new updated version? I don’t want to lose the work that I’ve already done.

Hello, I need help finding my Mobile Header Menu. The hamburger icon is really light on the phone and I want it in my Yellow color. I think there is a search bar as well, but I don’t want that. I want it to be a login Icon instead. And I don’t know what I did, but the hamburger icon doesn’t open anymore when I try to press it on my phone. I also need to know how to link the Menu Items to the Title Headers on the page, so if someone clicks on the menu item, it goes directly to that section.

Hi So I created a dropdown menu and I have an issue with the arrow after the longest menu item. There is no gap between the menu item text and the arrow of the second tier of dropdown. Could you let me know how to increase the padding or gap for this please?

Just wanted to ask if you had a solution to the following.

This is what I was told:

We have extensively debugged the issue of unable to install plugins at website. We have found that theme has conflict with “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway”. Activating this plugins along with Sandbox theme does not allow plugins to be installed from repository. However, if we activate twentytwentyfour theme with this plugin, there no issue in installing plugins.

We have also encountered another plugin conflict. We know that Elementor plugin is part of theme Sandbox. However, Elementor Pro is installed on website and while it is active, installing plugins from repository throws “Unauthorized” message but plugin is installed.

Would be very grateful for any feedback on this issue. Many thanks in advance.

Hello, I love the theme. I have a quick pre-sale question in regards to a comment I saw in the review section. Someone wrote:

“The pre-made layouts & widgets are awesome but there is one big issue that dramatically slows down the website speed on normal/shared servers.

They all use old sections & columns instead of new & improved Elementor containers.

Also, when I convert the sections & columns to containers, it loses all the functionalities & dimensions in most cases.

I can only implement the theme on the live domain once the layouts & widgets are fully compatible with new Elementor containers.

Can you suggest any timeline for that?
