[BUG]
When I insert the Flickity gallery into the Toggle section (Starting Functionality: First Toggle Open), the slider cannot be scrolled in any way (pagination or touch indicator). This doesn’t work for desktop (I’m using Google chrome and the latest version of salient with a child template) on the phone the scrolling works.

Flickity gallery works only if the “open First toggle” function is disabled or if I change the size of the browser window, for example via the F12 Chrome developer function. It would also be great to be able to set up a full-width flickity slider (overflow visibility, no padding).

The issue is related to the lazy initialization of the element, which fails when it’s hidden via a toggle that’s closed. It will be corrected in the next minor release

It looks like you have a custom CSS rule which is setting the footer to hide for mobile decides: https://ibb.co/1ZCp0WFDo you see that in your custom CSS box located in the Salient options panel > General Settings > CSS/Script related tab?

Hey Rico1, If you’re referring to the Off Canvas Menu, you can make that change in the Salient options panel > header navigation > off canvas menu tab by changing the “Style” field.
If you’re instead referring to altering the dropdown submenus to be click controlled, that would require custom modifications.

Hey dimage, Unfortunately, adding Toggle Panels is disabled from being nested inside of a Tabs element. In order to accomplish that, it would need to be copied in manually inside of the classic editor.

For the image gallery – nectar sliders style, is there a way to make it so that the image is not cropped when you resize the screen, like the normal slider style? I’d like the arrows to be like they are in the nectar style, on the right and left, but don’t want the image cropped.

You can enable the “Flexible Slider Height” option within the Image Gallery settings it should maintain the same aspect ratio.

Hey joshuabbutler, We’ll be adding some new options into the Image Gallery > Nectar Slider type in order to make image sizing more intuitive. For now, you can You can make that change by adding the following snippet into the custom CSS box located in the Salient options panel > General Settings > CSS/Script related tab:

Cool thanks so much. The only thing is that it didn’t prevent the button from extending out. But, it’s ok, it it did the main thing I wanted and kept the image the correct size without cropping

But what I don’t know how to do is the effect you created on the themenectar page where it looks like the image is actually scrolling up, instead of the page scrolling down. 1. Salient uses a highly tailored version of the WPbakery page builder
2a. WPbakery uses shortcodes under the hood, so you can still edit those in the classic editor.
2b. While you’re free to use Elementor with Salient, you won’t be able to utilize the Salient element set or edit the pages from the demo with that builder.

If you’re not using a style that supports the option “Lock Aspect Ratio to Image Size” such as Content under Featured Image or Content Next to Featured Image, it would require custom CSS. If you’d like to share your page URL I would be happy to assist based on your settings.

Hi, long time user and fan! I’d like to add a 50px radius rounded edge to the top of a full width row background. I can only see the option to add up to 20px but it applies to the top and bottom of the row background. Any help would be great. Big thanks.

My site www.knightsoftheturntable.co.uk when I click on any of the blog categories across the top of the homepage like New Music, News, Events etc on the next page the result page it shows the author and date on the result boxes, how can I disable that?
