2. May I know if your event https://wp.xpeedstudio.com/electionify/event/ is a sort of custom post type or an Event Calendar plugin or just some design in Elementor?
3. For donation https://wp.xpeedstudio.com/electionify/donate/ can you confirm this is the https://wpmet.com/plugin/crowdfunding/ plugin you’re using, and can it be used with WooCommerce as payment / donation gateway?
4. Your gallery page https://wp.xpeedstudio.com/electionify/gallery/ is not working
5. I need to use / create few CPTs. Does the theme handle the styling or Elementor?
6. Is that a news (blog) ticker on the header? Why it is showing the same thread in the demo? And can we push the next / prev arrows more to the right so it’s looking neat in desktop?
I’m considering for my client, but reading the problems people having in your recent comments above frightened me a little bit and I don’t want my client to get into dicey situation either with the theme or worst asking for a refund, you know what I mean.

1. Yes it’s functional 2. with custom post type 3. Yes it is, and you can use woocommerce 4. Fixed the gallery 5, CPT style should be done by yourself.. and most of possible with elementor with pro version maybe. 6. Yes it’s a ticker. Yes, this is possible with custom CSS. If you need help our support team will help you with this.

this is not the type of technical support a buyer is entitled to after purchasing a product. I can’t do anything with such answers and I have to get the product up and running. You also avoids the the discussion of refund request all the time!!
You must either deliver a correct product or refund the money!
Even the ultra long answers have nothing to do with good service. I think sellers like you should get a serious warning from ENVATO!
