I purchased the Consultix theme license on February 24, 2019, and installed it on my WordPress site. Since then, I haven’t made any updates to the theme.

This week, I decided to update the theme. I downloaded the new version from my account, installed it, and when I tried to register the updated theme (curiously, it required re-registration even though the previous version was working perfectly), I used my Envato Purchase Code, username, and email. Instead of registering the updated theme, I received an error message: “The Purchase Code Is Already Being Used On Another Domain.”

Since I personally downloaded and installed this theme, it is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone else to have used the same Envato Purchase Code on a different installation.

It is evident that Radiant is abusing the license terms, disrespecting its customers, and acting contrary to the lifetime licensing rules of ThemeForest and Envato.

I have reached out to their support page, and they informed me that to receive support, I would need to pay an additional $50!!! This is outrageous—my license, which I already purchased for $69, is not being allowed to register the new version. They are asking for another $50!

It is disgraceful to pay $70 for a theme sold as lifetime and then have the company fail to uphold its commitment to provide indefinite license support.

This is an unethical practice. They are deceiving buyers and not delivering what they sold. Companies like Radiant should be banned from ThemeForest/Envato. If you haven’t bought their theme yet, I strongly advise against it. The folks at Radiant Themes are not trustworthy—they are trying to make extra money unfairly.

I WAS a satisfied customer of Radiant. After this week, I will NEVER purchase from them again. I have other themes from different developers—there are thousands of them here!—and I have never experienced such issues.

I suggest you purchase a theme from one of the many honest companies available here. AVOID Radiant!!!
