Hi, I want to know if the theme is fully customizable? Can I change logo, header, footer, body content, product categories, etc? Or do I need to purchase Elementor Pro in addition to it to make the changes?

The header has pre-defined templates and can be changed in Theme Settings (like logo, icons etc). The footer uses WordPress Widgets and can be edited without Elementor.
If you need full control of all sections, you may need Elementor Pro for it.

1) Our theme uses WooCommerce plugin and if you do not need checkout you can use additional extensions for WooCommerce to disable checkout page.

It is possible to customize it to the light version, but the theme was originally built as the dark and all pages are designed for the dark version. The customization to the light will require additional work from your side and is not optional.
