1/27/2024 Day Three of support and as advertised, it takes about 3-days for full customer support, but I also had issues with my server, so the response time is about 2-3 business days. Which is not prompt for a business owner with clients, but its a start. I give the theme about a 4-star and that is only because I have never worked with a theme that deleted the login and I have been here since 2015. But I am sure there are always bugs in each new theme. I recommend the theme because it is very clean and my client loves the layout. But be prepared for a 2-3 day wait until the bug is fixed that deleted the login access. Yes I would purchase the theme for future clients.

1/31/2024 It’s been a week and there still has not been a resolution to fixing the disabled log in error when I install the demo theme. How much longer do I have to wait? We have given you all the log in credentials to the FTP to fix this error. If this is not fixed, we will ask our bank to reverse the payment for a refund.

1/26/2024 Just an update, this is day two of requesting the login for the website be enabled as it IS disabled once you install the demo theme. While I did get a response requesting the credentials, there has been no updates since providing this information. I am just adding this comment to track the response time for issues. The theme itself is very nice, but when you have a business, customer service response time should be prompt. I will keep you all updated. I want to make it clear that the install DOES disable the login option and you are not able to get to the dashboard. As of today, I could only create a landing page for customers that visit the site and nothing else. Stay tuned.
