Hello, i have a question :I have the ohio theme installed on my staging site. The site is already fully customized, but i would like try some other things form demo content. If I import the demo content now, will it erase all the design already developed? Thank you in advance.

Firstly, we strongly recommend making a backup to be able to restore the previous version when it is necessary.
After that, while importing a new demo, you have to disable global theme settings in the popup dialog window:https://tppr.me/LGaBmC
That helps you to avoid overriding your current preferences.

HI! I just saw this notification in my dashboard: Your theme (Ohio) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Hey, just a quick question but is the Custom CSS feature from the Theme settings bugged? We have setup a staging website and with a fresh install+demo imports, we noticed the Custom CSS is not being loaded. We don’t have any caching setup on the server or the website.

Sorry for the late reply, but I setup a brand new test environment with a fresh install of Wordpress, the theme and some of the theme plugins. (ACF Pro, CF7, Elementor, Ohio plugins, Slider and Woocommerce)

As a quick test, we tried to hide the Google Captcha logo and the burger menu holder to be 40% of the screen to accommodate longer titles. But it doesnt look like the Custom CSS is being loaded at all. Any ideas why it might be the case? (also no caching turned on the server and the website)

Hey, sorry for the late reply. We figured it out in the end. The issue was not with the theme but a custom plugin that was messing up all the tags in the <head> of each page. Thanks again for the help and this great theme.

I’m trying to install your Demo Importer plugin but I get an error. I downloaded the Themeforest complete theme .zip file and in there there is an “Bundled plugins” folder, but no luck. I get an “Incompatible Archive” error message.

I wanted to point out that the simple WordPress [gallery] shortcode doesn’t work. You can only see the two navigation arrows but the images do not appear. Html code of slider is on page but not visible.
For those who want to write a simple post without using Elementor or Bakery it is a problem.

Even if I go to Theme Settings > General Settings > Color Mode, it still defaults to “Dark Mode”.

Hi there I am interested in purchasing this theme however I am having trouble finding information with the demos. If I wanted incorporate various sections from one section in one theme into another. How would I be able to essentially mix and match these sections? I have purchased a theme in the past and once I selected one demo theme I have been unsuccessful in selecting another to view as the second demo shown instead it shows the first demo. A single theme only can be activated and used in WordPress. So you won’t be able to use several items at once. If you mean mixing and matching sections from different demo templates (built based on a single theme), then yes, you can install several demo templates as separate pages and reuse previously saved sections from one page to another.

Every time WordPress undergoes an update, I encounter an error message stating, “There has been a critical error on this website,” typically stemming from PHP errors. The temporary solution I’ve found is to adjust the PHP settings to 7.4, which resolves the issue. However, after another automatic WordPress update, the same errors resurface, necessitating another adjustment to PHP, this time to version 8.2. It’s perplexing why these issues persist despite the updates. I would appreciate if you could help on this.
