of course found a solution right after writing this hehe — he’s what worked for me in case it helps you guys. i simply added this script:

Is there a reason why my posts are being removed?

• At this stage, I think I need to contact Envato and have them interact on my behalf.
• Your latest update has broken the header menu navigation on my theme.
• You refuse to fix it without me purchasing support.
• I can buy a working, reliable theme for the same price as your support that I have used and updates do not break the theme.

I guess my only recourse is to ask Envato to intervene.
