I would like to use the filter module YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter Premium in my e-shop. Unfortunately the filters do not display successfully on mobile. In the computer view the filters are nicely present. Despite numerous attempts to optimize the site’s speed, including upgrading the hosting package and configuring caching plugins like WP Rocket and Imagify, the loading time remains unacceptably slow. is there a recent glitch / fix / patch for coupons recently?
I have an issue using advanced coupon pro with a coupon that make a reduction directly on the shipping.
Before the reduction was applied to the shipping amount. now the reduction is made on the total.
For example if shipping was 10$ – 2$ = shipping was displayed as 8$ now it is displayed at 10$ but 2$ is removed from the total.
Overall the total is good, but this is confusing for the client that the shipping price is not reduced.

I need to extend the support even if this is a bug? I’m just asking if there is a recent fix about the coupon and shipping? In your patch list some patch have no description so this is hard to figure out if we need to apply it or not… I don’t want to break it more than it is…
This functionality is unrelated to our theme so there shouldn’t be any bugs caused by WoodMart. But if it appears to be a bug, we will fix this and return your money back for the support extension.

Well, upon checking all the possible Elementor variations ( and the latest update 3.21.0) are not performing ok. Only the old Version 3.18.2 is working OK for me, and all others from that one are messing out my home page, and the infoshop page ( that has 7 sliders). In the meantime, I’ve updated My Woodmart website with the latest 7.5 version. I had to do that manually for some reason that wasn’t available via my WP dashboard. Grouped product type is a part of the WooCommerce functionality. It consists of child products, and when you click on the add to cart button, you actually add selected products only. I know about that, what I requested is to have similar which I asked for.
It will not look exactly as per your example but you can use all the options described in the documentation to create a similar header. Making it exactly the same requires additional code customization which out of our theme support scope.

can you apply attribution (eg. Brand) to hundreds or thousands of products by 1-2 few clicks? rather than open each and every product and manually assign the product with the brand? can we do it more efficiently? since we have ready made 2000 products from another website migrated. thanks for quick support here with message

I’m rebuilding my store from scratch on a subdomain to later move to the main domain. It turns out that there is a bug regarding changing the variation image when viewed on mobile.
A variable product in which we place photos in each variation, when any variation is selected, the photo is changed in the desktop version but is not changed in the mobile version. First I deactivated all the plugins, leaving only the theme, woodmart core, woocommerce and wp bakery active and it didn’t work. After this, I changed it to a standard theme (twenty four) and the variation image works perfectly. Could you guys fix this? The problem only occurs on mobile, desktop the image changes correctly. If I can do anything on my end, please let me know!

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.
