I also noticed that every time I set the email to receive in the Element Pack Pro API settings, it always clears even if I save it. When I go back to check it, it is blank.

Hi, just click on “Check for updates”. This will fetch the new version.
That’s how I did it is obvious. Nevertheless, it displays “Congrats! You’re using the latest version.”
I work on Child, does it matter?
Hello, the child theme shouldn’t affect the update. Try going to Theme Options – System – Refresh UiCore Data.
I imported template on uicore library but image cannot imported. Already re-install theme and plugin but the result still same. Please help !

Hi, I have set up my email in Element Pack Pro to receive responses from the contact form. However when I hit the submit button, I get the error: You can not use this e-mail due to security issues.
How can I fix this?
Hi, please make sure you’re testing with a different email than the admin, or the one you set in API settings. This is to prevent an internal loop.

Actually everytime I enter something in the API settings for example a mailchimp key and I hit save, it is saved. But when I refresh the browser, the field is blank.
Lastly, where I can change the confirmation or error messages that show up when someone hits the submit button on the contact forms

Hello, we haven’t tested the theme with FlyingPress yet.
Do you plan it anytime soon? Since most of marketing companies preferring flying-press as optimization plugin over wp rocket, etc.
We don’t have a clear schedule for this, but as it’s the case with all optimization plugins, it will probably require a few tweaks in the settings, depending on what other plugins and features you’re using.

It’s been a long time that I am using this theme and core elements but there is a issue that I am facing right now. I am unable to update the theme. When I am updating the same it ask me to reconnect with the domain and when i reconnect it again ask me to update the theme. There are few designs have come in the new update which are really important for me for example a new header that you have added in the theme description. I need that design as I am very near to launch my website kindly help me to fix this.

I would like to transfer my theme to another domain. According to the guide you shared, there should be a ‘Transfer’ Option in my uicore dashboard but I don’t see it in mine. Therefore I am unable to transfer it to another domain. How can I achieve this?

All right, got it. It looks like a bug with the Slide Along animation on the mobile menu. We’ll fix this in the upcoming update.

Hello Pamela, the issue was that you were using two different accounts. We will try to merge your accounts into a single one for easier access.
I have only one account to purchase Themes here in Envato – but may have a different email with your support. Is that what you mean?
Yes, you are using two accounts https://my.uicore.co/, where you manually added the purchase codes. That’s why you only see some products on one account, and others on the other account.
Actually I am accessing UICore from the dashboards and still can’t see all of my purchases to connect the sites.
So it’s the account pwi*@gma that has all the purchases. You also created another account (pa@re*) where you manually added the codes for some of the products.
Therefore, you can use your original account, which has all the products, to register your websites.
All of my 9 sites using Vault, the motions have stopped working on the front end. Can’t be plugins because they’re all different. The latest update changed something.
