This is regular blogs. A simple download page, of dedicated part for downloads (for exchange of email for example). etc. is missing for this demo.

The demo site does not include a dedicated Downloads template by default, however such a page can be easily created using a standard page and a download button. If email collection before download is required, this can be implemented via a subscription plugin and is not theme-dependent.

Yes, you are right, but the problem I am facing that even after selecting no sidebar, I am getting widgets in the right side of the search page and if i am removing the widgets from the widget bar then its working fine with no sidebar but by removing widget, its getting removed from other pages too just like post page, so how to fix this?

This particular plugin does not support displaying a form for users on the front to allow them to write reviews. This is a plugin for the site author. The author of the site himself selects the rating from the admin area.
