If we choose that anyone can ask a question without login, and enable Pay to ask option, it still asks the user to login before asking the question.
And when we disable the Pay to ask options, it doesn’t ask the user for login and he can add question directly.
Why is that?
Also I have translated the text “Select the payment methods” using Loco Translate, but it doesn’t change on the front end and still shows the English text.

Yes, if you activate Pay to ask, the unlogged users need to log in first.
Make sure you change it to the same language you chose from the WordPress settings.

The WordPress language is set to Arabic similar to the translated text. But still shows the English text.

You can do that with the loco translate plugin.
I already searched for this text “Select Payment Method” not the text mentioned above – sorry – but not found in Loco translate. Is this text build in the code?
Also, the text for “Card number” is not found in loco translate.
Card number, only? because we don’t have totally in the theme Card number.

Stripe Payment when enabled shows fields for card number, expiry date and CVV.
And the above text, and ““Select Payment Method”” is not available in loco.
For the Stripe detects the locale of the browser.

How can we set the below options? - Pay to ask private questions. - Pay to ask questions in a specific category. - Allow private questions for specific user roles only.
Also, can the system have free questions and paid questions at the same time?
Because if we enable the option of Paid Questions, I believe all questions will be paid – except for the selected users roles – as I understand.

1. You can’t choose any user page from this place, this place only for the homepage, blog page, pages like that.
2. You need to stop the stop the loading icon from the Ask Me settings/General settings.

You need to show the recent questions for all the users not specific user.
