InsightFX comes with the UIkit v2 framework built-in, which offers a Parallax component. This allows you to do pretty much everything with some creative thinking and a bit of custom coding.

InsightFX comes with many custom particles, among these is OnePage Menu. I would like to know if this item allows you to create a navigable site with only one parallax page. I am not referring to the Parallax component. I hope I explained myself better, thank you very much

The “OnePage Menu” particle is something else. You can see its demo here.

Regard a onepage website – yes, you can do it with InsightFX.
In order to achieve the functionality of a OnePage website, you need to use the UIkit’s Scrollspy Nav component.
You just need to add the following code under the “Page Setting” tab in your Base outline:

If you are comparing InsightFX v1 and InsightFX v2 and saying that we have made 2-3 small tweaks… this is funny, honestly
InsightFX v1 and InsightFX v2 are two completely different products, built on two complete different frameworks, offering completely different functionalities.
If you have a look at the “Update” section in the InsightFX v2 documentation you will see that it is not possible to update from v1 to v2 and the reason is exactly this – that they are two completely different products

If you do not see the “Manage” tab, it means that the account you are logged in with is not a Super Admin, meaning it does not have full access to everything.
There is nothing we can do, just log in with the Super Admin account.

Nope, you do not get an error, a get a warning which simply informs you that your PHP version is no longer supported by the PHP developers. You can still use the Joomla (and our template) without any issues.
This message comes from Joomla itself, not from our product (the template).
You can download and install the default Joomla and you will see the same message in your Administration. It is simply recommended that you use PHP7.2 or higher and I do not think that there will be a problem if you contact your hosting support and ask them to update your PHP versions.
But again, you can use Joomla and our template on your current server, you do not need to update, even though it is recommended.
So it is really up to you.

It seems that you have not installed the Quickstart package properly.
Please have a look at the “Installation” section in the InsightFX documentation.
Watch the video there (3:25) and notice that you need to select the “Default English (GB) Sample Data” option.
Just delete your current installation, copy the Quickstart package again and make sure you install the “Sample Data” in step 3 in the Installation Wizard.
