Hello,
You need to disable the page preloader to use the Google Page Speed Insights tool. To do that head over to your site admin area > Sway > Theme Options > Global Options > Preloader > disable the Preloader option. Then run the page speed test again.

I am using your theme and found one flaw in it – it would be nice if you fixed it. THE PROBLEM IS If we add more than 20 items to the menu, the drop-down menu goes down beyond the edges of the window and the user cannot see it. Please make it so that if there are many menu items in the drop-down list – then a scroll bar appears and the user can scroll through the items.
Please forward it to the developers, unfortunately I can’t do it. I would be grateful.
P.S. Megamenu does not solve this problem – because it does not work on the second level of the drop-down menu

Hi, when using the comparison image feature in the portfolio, the images are huge. The height of the images cannot change and looks stretched. There is no area in setting that is changing it. Please advise?

Please note, however, that the theme must be active on only one domain at a time. Can I safely upgrade Wordpress to the latest version (6.6.1), currently, Sway theme states that it’s tested with Wordpress up to 6.5.X as you can see here on the sidebar.

Please add the ability to configure the widget display grid in the footer (for mobile version and tablet) in 2-3 columns depending on the size. So that the user can choose col-xs-12 col-sm-6 or col-xs-6 col-sm-4

Unfortunately, we can’t add reponsive options for the footer columns inside the Theme Options area. You can acheive the same result using custom CSS and @media queries. For example you can display 2 columns per row on tablet devices using the following code:
@media (min-width:768px) and (max-width:1365px) {
#footer .footer-widget-area .footer-widget-column { width: 50%; }
}
Adjust the 50% value as you see fit.

I recently encountered the same problem in your Sway theme – the user cannot create a 3rd nesting level in a drop-down menu – sometimes this is what is really missing. My structure is such that I can’t use the mega menu, but I can’t organize the menu correctly in the regular menu either.

- – English courses in Odessa
- – - Rating of English courses in Odessa (!!!!this menu level is missing)
- ....
4th, 5th and so on levels – no one needs them. But the third level is necessary. Please do it in the next updates. Thank you

Our theme supports only three menu levels. For example:
Language schools (1st level)
- English courses (2nd level)
- – English courses in Odessa (3rd level)
Due to device compatibility issues, the 4th menu level is not available. Unfortunately, adding this feature is not on our roadmap. You can try installing a mega menu plugin that offers this functionality.

Please make it possible to add rel=”nofollow noindex” tags to social network links (in the “Sway” theme settings, in social network widgets and in footer-widget-area) This is a very necessary function, it is sorely lacking for SEO optimization, and it cannot be implemented through a child theme. The noindex attribute is not valid for links. It is used in the <meta> tags of a webpage to prevent indexing of the entire page, not individual links.
Also, adding a nofollow tag to social links can be a common practice to avoid passing link equity to external sites. However, since the social media profiles are generally reputable and owned by you, using nofollow is not necessary.
If you still want to add the “nofollow” tag, you can use JavaScript code. For example:

Thank you very much for the answer, explanation and for the script itself. But this is a “crutch” and it will not work correctly. Now I will explain why:
1. Search bots will scan all links before the scripts start loading and adding the nofollows tag.
2. Bots such as Google bot themselves initially block the loading of scripts; for them, the nofollows tag will not be registered.
The only correct solution is to add a tag at the program level (as is done in the WordPress menu – the user adds a link and tag nofollows.

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I know that this can be fixed by adding this style – but this is a bit of a wrong solution (interrupting the default styles). I meant that you can correct this logical error in the template itself – just add padding not to the parent block, but to the menu item itself. In this case, if the menu is displayed, the indentation will be displayed along with it, and when the menu is disabled, the indentation itself will not be automatically displayed and nothing will need to be redefined.
