I am wondering how to go about exporting all the listings on a current site, to migrate to a new site. I only want to export the listings, tags, images, etc
Cannot find this in your FAQ section – can you assist?

There is no way to export listings to CSV format, As we have only develop a ListingPro Import Ad On for the import of the listings using the WP All Import free plugin but we have not develop any such module that can export the listings.
The best way is that you can go to the WP Dashboard >> Tools >> Export >> Click on listings and download the listings from WordPress xml file format.

For reviews, if I don’t want to let users comment… but I want to combine reviews from Google or Get Your Guide or Trip Advisor to a single listing, can I do it with your theme?
And does the overall score appear for each individual listing with stars?

We are using the real time system for reviews and ratings that’s why there is no option to import the reviews and ratings from Google or any other platform. They will only display when a user will post review for the listing on your site.

With ListingPro, events are associated with listings and will display on the listing detail page. Users can navigate to the event detail page from there. However, I regret to inform you that there isn’t a feature within ListingPro to search or filter events by place or date directly.
While events are seamlessly integrated into the listing experience, allowing users to explore events related to a particular place, the platform primarily focuses on showcasing listings and their associated information.

If you want to use Events as major content and want to search and filter Events then Eventpro is the best choice.

However, please note that currently, the theme doesn’t support adding entirely new tabs.

Do you support Category/Location pages yet?
If you are considering buying this theme I would tell you to look around, as they don’t support this level page: /category/location
Meaning if you want to rank for ‘Plumbers in New York’ you cannot have this level of page. It is very frustrating. I hope I’m wrong but I don’t think they’ve done it yet!!

REFUND REQUEST FOR THIRD TIMES – NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER Hi, this is my third follow up since the previous ones wasn’t answered. I’ve sent the refund request via ticket few times and nothing happened. - The support team tried to fix the issue but was not a complete fix. - Also I can’t trust the support and the theme as well since the import process didn’t work at all. Following your most recent update in February, the WP All Import plugin is now unable to import information effectively. WP All Import, imports all the info successfully, but only creates listings with the business name but fails to import any other details from the CSV file.
Please refrain from requesting my website password or suggesting that I create a support ticket. Instead, I encourage you to test the import functionality yourself by using a sample CSV file with your latest version. This will help you see the issue I’m experiencing.

I have a question about the catalogue, how listing appear in it.. we have 4 pricing plans, the maximum plan should be the highest in the catalog output, then the middle one, the smallest one, and the free ones. There is no such sorting. There are random, by date, by rating, claim. But there is no descending pricing plans, which is very important. People pay more money to be higher in catalog.

1. Does your template use structured data? I checked the sample entry from your demo and there was no structured data there. I have a different directory and I’m considering changing it to your template, but I don’t know if the structured data will be transferred to your template during import. 2. I wrote an e-mail to service@cridio.com asking whether it would be possible to add a Polish payment gateway (PAYNOW). I received information that yes, but when I asked for details, I did not receive an answer. Please let me know how such a plugin would be integrated. Will such a plug-in be available in the standard template or do you have to pay for it separately (if so, how much).

1- We have used structured data and you can import the listings from the current theme. ListingPro is relatively straightforward. ListingPro is compatible with WP ALL IMPORT, which simplifies the process.
First, you’ll need to export all your listings from MyListing as a CSV or XML file. Then, using WP ALL IMPORT, you can import these listings into ListingPro.
Before proceeding, I recommend checking WP ALL IMPORT’s add-ons page to ensure that your current theme is supported.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER – NOTHING WORKS – NO ANSWER – REMOVED TICKETS. I bought the theme yesterday and tried to install one of the demos in two different servers from different hosting companies, I’ve got few errors and was not able to install demo due to the theme issue and errors, also sent two tickets and saw the tickets on my panel, today I check my panel and all the tickets gone and removed from my panel without any reply and helping me to solve the issue, no suggestions, no solutions, just charged my credit card. WOW
