Hi, i am very interested to buy your theme but i got to ask 3 questions first 1- is this theme has a way to upload more than one photo at the same time with the info’s included or you need to add photos one by one (stock sites gives the options to upload the multiple photos at the same time and upload .csv files for every details like photos name descriptions) 2-can this theme supports like 100k photos without breaking (i recently bought a stock site theme from another seller it started to break after the 5k photos , like the search function didn’t work etc etc.) 3- does the documentation for setup includes videos for how to setup ?

1. You can upload multiple photos at once via the WordPress library, but to display them in the stock list, you will have to set a title, tags and info for each.
2. The amount of photos you can upload is not related to the theme itself but to you hosting provider or server available space.
3. There is no video tutorial, but you can use the one-click demo import to get started easily. The forum also includes a knowledge base with many topics coverd.

Yes, you need to set a tleast a tag for a photo to be displayed in the stock list.
It is to differentiate stock photos to other attachments that can be used for other purpose (blog post image, background etc.)

There is a difference between delivering a useful answer and just replying to a ticket. If you will take a look at the replies of your support service, you’ll notice that he/she didn’t even read the questions i asked.

I have a question regarding the photo layout functionality. While I can see that this is theme has options for laying out galleries/ showing gallery thumb nails, is there an option for a homepage or a normal page to have masonry gallery of just images that does not go to a gallery, but rather opens up a lightbox of all images on that page. Or in other words, displays the contents of the gallery in a section og the homapage in masonry or grid view. thank you for your response __bm

Hi, thank you for your help. I purchased the theme but it still has a buy theme button on the live site. This seems like an error, as the purchase code is activated. Is this an issue with the theme? Both theme and wp are up to date. Is this a known issue with the theme? not sure why it would still have that displayed for a purchased theme. http://leifvarin.net/ is the live site.

You can simply use the media library to upload your photo and then assign a category and or tags to include it in the photo stock.
The item is similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is no valid reason to provide a refund.

What if we have thousands of images. Creating IDs and going back to back to put ids one by one is no use. You should have a specific location to create/upload image in a single process. And there is no drop down option for your already created categories and tags. So we have to type it on every image we have uploaded. If you forget, you end up creating multi duplicate repeated categories. Lastly It doesn’t download the original file instead it download scaled WP version of the image.

When can we expect an update with Retine being compatible with Elementor? If the update takes too long to happen, I will have to resort to finding a new theme. I have strung this out way too long with trying to figure out how to customize this theme with WPBakery.

May I ask something before for purchasing? in proofing system , when I click photos I can see size big photo but there is not marking way. In Thumbnail page only I can mark the photo.
is there any way to pick photos in click size?

There is no automatic watermark feature for the proofing posts. But you can upload low-resolution of your pics to show privately to your client.

Yes if you don’t need to sell your image, no need to create WooCommerce product. Retine comes with a custom plugin to manage your photos with tags and category directly from your media library.

Hello, the other archive page – popular photos https://preview.wolfthemes.live/retine/stock-photos/popular-photos/ has the same problem. I found the theme manual and it says “To create the main page for your stock photos, you must create a page using the “Stock Photos” template.” Are these pages using a template? I mean I see Popular photos is using a page template but the Stock photos page is using a default page template. Why?

One more question, is there any way to control the size or display of thumbnails in stock photo category or tag archives ? I see in demo they are square with no spacing between them.

Hi. I just realized that my website stops working well after I instal Yoast SEO Plugin or Rank math. The problem arises when I click on one of the stock photos and instead of taking me to the download page, it loads the photo url as shown in this URL https://wallpaperpiks.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/0faa590896c3fda059464f397f0d676f.jpg I dont get why it does that.

You should find a YOAST setting to open the attachment page instead of file URL in the YOAST options.

Hi seeing that visual composer is getting a little long in the tooth on my website I went to see the theme version although no theme update was flagged in the market plugin. So, my theme is 2.1.4, on the info pad on themeforest the last update is listed as of 16 april 2020 but your update log says 14th July 2020 – Version 2.1.8. Also the downloadable package is 2.1.4. Will you please look into it? At 95 obviously the theme wasn’t a best seller, how long will it be supported/updated?
